This is updating my review because I realized my dog hasn't been sitting as often or being as cuddly. I took a look at where I found him excessively licking and they nicked his balls. I'm so upset. And they didn't call me like they said they would. I'm going in tomorrow to talk with them. I posted the part below the day I picked him up: Lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. They cut ALL of my dogs hair off instead of styling it AND overcharged me because of my dogs hair type. He looks like a different dog. I cried when I saw him. They said they call me back to discuss it, but I don't know what there is to discuss. My dog looks like a rat. I was overcharged. I'm not going back and no one else should ever go, especially if their dog/cat isn't short hair

    DEFINITELY NOT A LABRADOODLE!!!

I have never once in my life experienced such ignorance from a business I made the wrong decision of taking my poor dog to this terrible establishment. I have a black labradoodle, though you wouldn't guess that from the picture because he looks like a homeless hound dog. I agree my labradoodle had mats and that is why I took him in, I have consulted other groomers and everybody has agreed he did not need to be trimmed this ungodly short. I was aware his hair would be short and I agreed to it being short. But this is on the edge of naked mole rat. My other issue is on the phone I was told base fee was $70 for labradoodles, I brought him in, Sean, one of the groomers who my dog specifically had an appointment with felt him and talked to me about my grooming concerns. The owner NEVER had her hands on him before she set price. She looked at my dog across the salon and said $95. Which does not line up with what she told me after the fact on the phone when I clarified price because frankly I could have done this same job for free with a Gillette razor. So in conjunction with that lie I asked her before I left any recommendations for brushes and all she could do was hold up a brush. I asked a name and she couldn't seem to muster up the name for it which is interesting because she apparently has "40 years of experience" apparently in her 40 years she's never heard of a slicker brush. They were rude my whole experience and I traveled home with a naked mole rat looking "labradoodle" and $95 wasted dollars. I can honestly say never give this business any of your time or money.

My baby, Jude, after going to see Ashley at All Dogs n Cats. He always looks so handsome.

I have been taking my maltipoo to see Ashley for about 5 years now. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Jude, my dog, has anxiety issues and Ashley always works with him. I know he must hard to work on because he shakes bad when he is nervous. But he always comes out happy and looking great. Moved across town with 2 pet groomers down the street 2 years ago, and I still continue to drive 20 minutes across town to all dogs n Cats. They are amazing!!

This is the cut on his face. You now have to pull the skin down because it has swollen so badly around it.

I was delighted to hear this business would still be open. The onboarding process was pretty simple and painless. You visit the website, setup an account, add the required vaccdocuments for your pet, and schedule a meet & greet session. What is unique is that their meet and greet sessions are about 3-4hrs. This gives the staff time to observe the pet in different settings and evaluate their demeanor. What's also nice is daycare is complementary for the remainder of the day if your pet is approved. You can schedule daycare either online, by phone, or in person. Since this location recently opened they had a special for unlimited play for the month. Daycare is available M-Sat so you will definitely get your moneys worth if you so choose. Outside of that special, their rates are pretty pricey but standard of most facilities of this caliber. I'd love to see some discounted rates available to locals of preferred employers or something! Now let's talk staff. I've met a good chunk of the daycare staff and they are all superb. Very friendly, genuine, and most of all professional. This gives me confidence that they will take good care of my dog. My dog is always excited to be there and reluctant to leave at the end of the day! The special touches this company gives are also worth mentioning. They have livestream webcams in all of their play areas and in the grooming area as well. You can access the webcams on their website. The daily Pupdate/Report cards are so adorable. I don't know how they do it but somehow they manage to make my dog love the camera every single time...I normally can't even get him to look at the camera! I'd love to be able to tour the facility once things calm down from COVID but I don't doubt that I will continue to use their services in the future.

I was extremely skeptical at first because I did not want to leave him and have him abused or attacked. I would check the cameras every half ho ur and call up every few hours and have seen nothing but good things. When I ask them about how his day was they always know even the most minuets details. Bandit loves it here he is always so excited to go in. He is a border collie so he's stressed easily but seems so confortable here and not stressed at all.

We even had an unusual problem with our dog recently and they saw him without an appointment, fixed the issue and didn't even charge us. When I ask what he would do with his own pet, I trust him 100%! As for those reviewers who give a poor rating because you are asking an established veterinary office to see your pet fairly quickly (when you have not kept up on their shots and annual visits), or want to board where you are not established, you obviously don't know how busy his loyal clients keep him! We get reminder cards in the mail, we take them in for their annual checkups and get their scheduled vaccinations. When my pet is very ill and needs to be seen, Dr. Leach will do everything he can to assist with my pet. BTW: Our boarding facility (not PeachTree) will not allow you to board unless your dog is in day care at least once a month. This helps establish dogs within their facility, and there are plenty of clients who will fulfill this requirement.

He and his wife have retired, and unfortunately it's just not the same. We took one of our dogs in due to a huge lump on her back leg that had me concerned. The new doctor looked at the lump, suggested that it was impossible to know what it was w/o surgery. Scheduled surgery, went home. I looked at the lump again, checked her all over - which the doc had not done! She's got similar smaller lumps all over, she's not bothered by them, nor is she bothered by the new big lump. I decided they were all fatty tumors which are fairly common and benign, I have similar lumps myself. We're also medical people, so we reassured ourselves! These don't require surgery, so i canceled hers. More than a year later she's still a healthy frisky 14 y/o senior. I think the doctor should've checked her thoroughly, would've recognized that she had several lumps and they were fatty tumors; shouldn't have suggested surgery as first and only option. Not sure what we'll do for the dogs vets next time, but we have been to Hortons' w/our cats.
