When I arrived to pick up, the employee was very helpful in explaining things with regard to the machine and the rental. He advised me on other issues related to the job at hand as well. Most pleasantly, as a woman who entered into contact with this business alone and never mentioned any help I had, at no point did I feel like the employees doubted my ability to complete the job, and I never felt disrespected or treated like a "little lady".
