By the end of 2022, work slowed significantly and eventually stopped. I was told there were personal circumstances, which I respected, but over time communication stopped completely. Throughout 2023, I made multiple attempts to reach out by phone, text, and email with no response. Due to the lack of completion, I had no choice but to hire another contractor, which cost me an additional $22,000 out of pocket to finish the project. There were also issues with the original work that required further repairs. In 2025, we met and a written agreement was signed for repayment. Some payments were made initially, but communication stopped again and payments have not continued. I had them adjust before they left but it isn't correct. I have asked them at least 20 times to come and fix the walk through gate they installed incorrectly and they give me the runaround and keep saying they will and never came.
