I've always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful any time I go in. I recently had hair dye questions and both women working were more than happy to assist, and provided me with a lot of good information. They are a good example of why sometimes a local retailer provides a service you just can't get online. Thumbs up for a job well done by a great shop I'll continue to shop at for a long time.

I have gone to other Sally's and they have have had low stock in certain shades, likely due to popularity. The employee who greeted me was cheerful and friendly. Since I have done all this before (I have been unsuccessful so far in finding someone locally whom I can trust not to eff up my hair), I didn't need help or advice. They don't carry IC anymore, which makes me sad, but they had another brand of heat protection. It was double the price of IC, but oh well. I did get extra color for future use, so it wasn't an inexpensive trip, but I am all set for the time being. A most productive trip. While tubes of color and bottles of developer require more effort than box kits, the results are often better. I mix two or sometimes three shades to get exactly what I want. Sally's allows me to do that easily.

The nail technician was very apologetic and was waiting for her next client to show up. The woman then said "well your sitting there doing nothing" and the tech responded " I'm waiting for my next client who is a little late but I would be happy to schedule in on another day" With that the woman was very belligerent and left. After all of that , the owner and staff remained professional and calm. Not a word was mentioned about this nasty customer after she left. Most places would bitch about that in front of clients but the ladies didn't! I recommend this place to everyone I know! Great people who do great work!
