From day one, Brendan was communicative, professional, and honest. He and his team - Joe, Jeff & Thomas, were punctual, skilled, considerate and extremely safety conscious, which was a major concern to us. We cannot say enough good things about this company and are glad we made the choice to use them. This was not an easy job given the location and 11 Douglas fir trees, most approaching 100' high in close proximity to a main road and hydro lines. They also removed the underbrush and trimmed 2 large cedars. They left our property in as tidy a condition as you would want. We were pleased with the cost and there were no surprises. Damage was caused to my 4-month-old insulated garage door during the job (caught on camera). Mike initially acknowledged the damage and advised withholding payment until a resolution was reached. I obtained a quote for the repair as requested, but communication quickly deteriorated. Mike insisted the dents could be "popped out" despite the installer confirming the panels needed replacing. He also visited my property without notice, which was captured on video. When we arranged times for him to bring "his guy" who was sure he "could pop out the dents", he cancelled last minute and failed to follow up, after accusing me of being uncooperative. Although I paid in full to avoid penalizing the workers, I will never hire this company again. The lack of accountability and professionalism makes it impossible to recommend. Luckily, I have a text record of all communication, even though Mike insisted on talking on the phone, I didn't. Update: Over a month and half later and I am still waiting for the receipt I asked for. I've tried calling and no answer. I paid my bill in full, Mike won't take care of the damage they caused to my property.
