Do not use this company they are crooked where I reached out to them to see about getting my chair fixed which I told them I cannot get the batteries until next year or two but they are partially approved everything to get it fixed the lady tells me they can't fix it until I get the batteries approved too until next year wish Superior authorized for me to get it fixed they just don't want to fix it cuz they want the batteries to be repaired cuz that's supposed to be that's more money and when I try to then when I caught on to it that's when she started talking about codes and this and that it's like she was trying to get me off the phone so now I'm still waiting on them to get it fixed and if they don't try to fix it then I'm going to report them that's messed up just be honest and say we really don't want to fix it until the batteries but I'm going to reach out to my insurance if they can't I'm going to reach out to my insurance to see if I can send the authorization to someone else do not use this company if they can't get the batteries replaced they won't they are crooked they wasn't trying to somehow help me read more

I only have ONE star because I HAD to!!! I was trying to get my son, a new Hoyer lift and his visiting clinicians contacted All in One. After waiting weeks, a couple of days before delivery someone called confirming the details and I asked if everything should be covered at 100% because my son has two different insurances and they told me yes. Then I got another call the next day telling me I would need to pay $100. I asked what it was for and there was really no clear answer. I also asked if it was for a delivery fee and the lady told me no. She kept putting me on hold almost as if she was trying to figure out what to say. I felt they were trying to just make an extra buck so I told them they will have to wait and I will let them know what I was going to do. I called my representative at the visiting clinicians office. When she returned my call she said she spoke with someone there and they told her because of where I live it is a delivery fee and because it was MULTIPLE things they were bringing! Which was a lift and a sling!!! I live TWENTY miles from the store!!! After reading reviews and no solid answer on this extra $100 I needed to pay I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!! I would give them a negative 10. I call on Mon for new CPAP machine and waited till Wed. to call them was told they were waiting for approval from ins. Gave them till Fri and called and was told that department has already gone for the day. I called both ins companies and was told I did not need approval. My medicare called them with me on the phone and they transferred her to a message machine, so she calls back and they tell her that the person she needs to talk to is at lunch (I was told they were gone for the day) So the person at all in 1 says she will call me, I speak up and say I am already on the phone. Still with Medicare on phone this nincompoop says she will call me this afternoon. I tell her I can have someone come and pick it up. I told her I know what you are trying to do and that is not call me and so your business gets off all weekend plus holiday Mon. Your business SUCKS BIG ONES, You have no business serving people, you clearly do not give a crap about their medical needs or their health concerns. They close at 5 and at 4 I am calling them so they can LIE some more. Medicare suggested I find another supplier. Just look at their 1 star rating, I know I should have. I am so shocked to see all this bad reviews, and now I know why, wow, they were so nice in the beginning, all of the sudden it just went 360. They have staff I don't understand on the phone, if you have questions, and don't complain, because they will transfer you everywhere, I'm so disappointed, what is going on with their service. They are horrible, I usually don't complain, or place bad reviews, because if I take the time to review its because I base it on facts, and definitely this place has hit rock bottom. I can't even begin to do scribe how bad this company is. Being a medical supply company....the should be very communicative with people as we rely on our orders. This month I should of had an order on the 4th for my special needs son and I've been calling since. They NEVER call back or have a reason for the tardy order. They have called 3 times saying they will make a delivery and they have not shown up. We are going on the third week to have a wheelchair delivered. Don't bother wasting your time. They are lazy & inefficient. I tried to simply order a breast pump with them after I was given their information by blue cross blue shield. I drove to their office which is very run down and raggedy by the way. One of the girls they have taking calls gives me a sheet of paper and has me fill out all of my insurance information obgyn contact information etc. before I leave she tells me they will verify with my insurance and obgyn and they will contact me to arrange delivery. It sounded simple enough? WRONG! a month passes by I decide to call to follow up today at 10:30a a woman answers the phone (does not state her name) & says everyone is in a meeting she will have someone contact me back in about 30 minutes. Fast forward to 2:30p in the afternoon no one called me back so I then call & I am connected with Sarah who is supposed to be the one handling my order. Sarah explains to me that they have tried to work with blue cross blue shield in the past and they said it isn't covered until after the baby is born. KEYWORD IN THE PAST. As a customer I do not care about your past experience with some other person who's plan may or may not cover what mine does. I am a very detail oriented person and I made sure to confirm what is and isn't covered prior to going to All-in-one a office. I ultimately told her I would like to cancel. She said ok after we exchanged words and she insisted on talking over me. She then called back about 10 minutes later asking me for the customer service number for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dont they contact insurance companies all day for a living?????? Why would she need the information from me? Also this was confirmation that she never even attempted to contact them regarding my order after a month. She told me they have everything I need and why can't I keep my order with them. I explained to her at this point it is about the principle as a customer I have a choice in who I do business with and I personally do not want to do business with their company. Sure my health insurance company is paying for it but guess who pays them? ME! Ever going to their office was a complete waste of time for me but I am sharing my experience so that you will not waste yours! I only wanted a breast pump imagine if it were equipment I needed now? Or something I really depended on? This is a terrible company with terrible service.
