I went in trying to get my mobile unlocked. The staff told me they don't unlock phones, they didn't know anywhere that unlocks phones either. Their website & store sign/building says 'Unlock, Buy, Sell.' I asked if they knew anywhere else I could go & they quickly said No. I don't believe that they haven't any insight as to where I could go for help. They didn't bother looking at my Iphone either. My dad took his phone to fix the charging port, he went to pick it up and phone has no service, it powers off constantly and the guys there have no clue what happened to it and try and blame the problem back at us. The guy Vince is extremely unprofessional. Made a deal over the phone. He sounded nice. When I arrived, I asked for him but he kept sending his employees to the front like car sales men and offered me 120 dollars less than what was discussed on the phone. I asked if he could come out and they said he did not want to. I left and called him, AND HE ANSWERED! Lol. Off the bat, he started yelling at me saying why am I bothering him. Honestly I had a horrible experience with not only this location but the one on Sahara . They put horrible off market screens. The phone I received was in horrible conditions and got black listed. This place does not stand behind their work. Everything was good till I had an issue. When I asked for help they through their hands up, and they got very confrontational for no reason. My phone was working perfectly before they replaced the battery, after replacing the battery it would now randomly turn if for no reason. read more

This place was great, I use my phone for work , broke my screen night before , still could see but too half the touch scree wasn't working ,took in at all in one wireless .great staff super cool and nice as well as knowledgeable.Told me an hour tops but probably less is what I was told , went to McDonald's and got my mcdoubles on then went straight back couldn't of been gone more than 25 mins and my phone was done . I called them up because my iPhone XS Max screen had gotten a crack down the middle of it. They were very helpful about the process over the phone & in person as well. They fixed my phone and it's working perfectly now, no issues at all! With other places they give you very cheap crappy screens... NOT HERE! If I could give a business negative stars this place would be the one. Telling a customer you're too busy to call them back is nothing more than an excuse for poor business practices. Telling a customer the work will be done by a certain time when you actually have no clue when you'll be finished is a poor business practice and both are a sign you're under staffed. They fixed my iPhone screen perfectly and even put on a screen protector ,did take a hour but the final product was worth it

One word, shady. First time I broke my iPhone 6's screen I called to ask how much it would cost to replace it. They said $100-110 (can't remember the exact price). Once I got there, an hour later they charged me $120. Had to go back the same day because they didn't screw in a screw correctly. Within 2 months my screen started to lift. When I returned to ask them about it some douche said it was basically my fault and that although my screen wasn't cracked, it needed to be replaced in order for it to not be lifted again. Due to the lifted screen my screen wasn't working at all, it was completely black and out of desperation I had to get it replaced again. This time he charged me $150, Cash only wouldn't accept my debit card, I'm assuming because he kept some for himself. read more

I received a quote from the phone technician(Michael) on Facebook for this place for $50 drove 20miles to their location only to be told it was $120. And the manager was standing front and center(young & inexperienced) and did nothing to correct the situation. Brought my phone in for water damage. Told me NP we can fix it. After 3 days, my phone is ready. SIM card reader was damaged. Took it in that same day I picked it up. They kept telling me it was my carrier that was messed up. Went and talked to my carrier. Tried new SIM cards and still wouldn't read it. They were aggravated by me bugging. At the end they told me they didn't charge me enough. Ok that's fine. How much more you need? I just want the damn phone fixed. Asked them to quote me for installing a new SIM card reader. Their response "my tech doesn't do sother work". What kind of tech are you? If you have a iPhone avoid this place. These so called "techs" are certified through YouTube DIY videos. Shady liars and crooks. Do not go to them for anything, they will rip you off. We went to get a cracked screen replaced because they were running a "promo" for the glass off craigslist. We had already been to one repair shop and knew the lcd was not broken. This place went through the diagnostics to make sure the lcd wasn't broken, but then made us sign a waiver that said we agreed to pay for a new lcd if they discovered it was broken when they opened it. Guess what happened after we left? That's right, a call saying the lcd was broken. When I got there to look at it, they "misplaced" the broken lcd, so I was stuck paying for a new one. Then they rang me up a different price figuring I wouldn't catch it, and tried telling me that was the credit card price instead of the cash price. Liars and crooks. Do not go there. read more

BIGGEST JOKE ON CHARLESTON BLVD! I take my phone in there because the screen is broken. Now mind you, I know absolutely nothing about repairing phones hence why I took it to this place. So from jump, I explain to the girl assisting me that the phone doesn't work. I'm not worried about it working. I'm getting a replacement phone from my phone carrier but they will not replace it with a broken screen. I need the screen fixed. Now common sense would tell you; here is a customer who obviously doesn't know that fixing the glass screen is not going to repair the break and that the LCD needs to be repaired as well. But no, that was not explained to me and I walk out of there thinking my broken screen is going to be fully repaired. She gives me her card and says to call her the next day (even though they promote same day service). I call her and she isn't even working that day and tells me to call the store. I call the store and my phone is ready. I get there and they guy hands me the phone with a broken LCD but repaired glass screen. Why in the hell would anyone walk into a place and request some bullsh** like that. I'm standing there telling 2 guys exactly what happened while they dispute and say no thats not what happened. They even go so far as to call the girl and put her on the phone with me. As if to try and convince me once again that I am wrong. Clearly I had no idea how extensive the repairs were and the girl (Magy) did not care to explain. $60 bucks gone for nothing. Joke. Period. Now I have to pay to get the LCD repaired as well. This was my first time ever binging any phone in for a glass repair for my iPhone. The gentleman working there were really nice and really tried to help me, they had quoted me a price for the repair and said it would be ready the next day and I would get a call in the afternoon, I never received a call so I had to keep calling, then turned out they needed another full day to repair the screen, they apologized and said they outsource these kind of repairs so they never know the exact times for finishes (which makes one worry a little bit) I had left my sim in my phone so I needed that back and with no problem they were able to get it back and even let me borrow a phone. The only reason they don't get a full 5 stars is because the next day having my phone back I had alerts on my iCloud that someone else was trying to use it in a different state, (which in all my years I have never experienced a hacking issue). Could just be coincidence but who knows now a days.Also the repair job was decent. They were very kind enough to give me a discount for the wrong quoted time. read more
