It is almost the end of sept and no check. Lauren has been giving us the round around about this issue. "the check was mailed but maybe got lost". "I will request another check". To avoid future headaches, I will never deal with this office or State Farm ever again. I am expecting this check in October, or "call back if it doesn't arrive". I have used this agent for almost 30 years and up until 2018, I had my house and 4 vehicles bundled…read morewith this agent. Both of my daughters were in accidents in 2018 and State Farm immediately dropped them. June of this year I had a leak in my kitchen with a total of about $20,000 in damage. When I called this agency, they told me to call an agent in Texas that was uncaring to begin with and it took her 2 months to tell me that the claim was denied because of a tiny spot of mold under the house. This was a very hot summer and the water ruined two AC ducts under the house and was wasting cold air which gave me an electric bill of almost $500. The two months waiting on the adjuster while I was not allowed to repair those vents, I had to pay $1000 out of pocket to repair them because my electric bill was killing me. I paid Service Master $6700 to remove the damaged floor, cabinets and then dry under the house and remove the mold. Here it is November and my cabinets are not repaired because that is almost $6000 to repair and the floor is not repaired because that's another $6000 as well that I don't have. Through the years, Hal would go up on my rates and deductibles. The deductible is up to $2300 now and I have NEVER gotten a rebate check from State Farm. My attorney told me to call him last week and ask him to take care of my situation for me and give me the money that I deserve, Hal refused! I then told Hal that I was filing a lawsuit against him and he laughed at me and told me to go ahead and file a lawsuit. Hal will find out soon now, his agency just like many others are nothing but middle men taking advantage of the ones struggling like I am as well. Anyone using this agent or any other State Farm insurance agency are crazy unless you want to lose money so Hal can drive his Jaguar to his very fancy new office everyday to take your money and not give a crap about you or any other of his customers when something bad happen. Sooner or later State Farm will go bankrupt along with these predators taking advantage of others. I would drop Sate Farm Insurance along with their agents if you still use them.
