The front office staff is always quick with a smile and check in is easy. they always ensure that everything they have information why is up-to-date and accurate. This makes the building of the insurance extremely easy and we've never had any issues. We specifically go to Dr Didea, who we love! however, if you get any of the other doctors hear you're sure to be just as happy. We've had several appointments that were scheduled at the last minute due to illness and seeing the other doctors at that time. They were all just as great! You can tell that everybody here really looks at their job and the people they work with as a family and enjoy what they do! Overall: A++ highly recommend them for anyone with Littles. Appointments were easy to schedule - three of four kids seen back to back. For a mom of four kids, that is a lifesaver. He has a calm and jovial manner, he is thorough and has no problem answering questions. You would think that's all you could ask for but our experience has been astounding. Dr. Selsky found a heart murmur in my son that was missed by his previous pediatrician. We were shocked and very worried. But Dr. Selsky is incredibly thorough. He does not do generic referrals. He will refer you to a specific doctor at a specific location and he has stayed right on top of our child's diagnosis. Our child needs a heart cath procedure and Dr. Selsky is in full contact with his cardiology team. We feel he may have saved our sons life and definitely saved him years of worse medical issues. We thought that was fantastic. We've felt so lucky to have him and then today we had to call the after hours medical provider. Imagine my surprise that it is Dr. Selsky himself. We are blown away. The nursing staff has been very friendly and all great with babies and making us feel informed at each appointment. I had been communicating with his previous pediatrician who said at his next wellness appointment she would write a referral for my son for speech therapy if he was still behind. He use to go to the amazing dr hala at tots and teens Pediatrics and the only reason we came to dr q is because we moved to Orlando from St. Cloud and they said they no longer took our insurance. So I made an appointment for my sons annual appointment. When I signed up online they wanted the $20 co pay right away. But I found the fine print button to pay at office and I then called the office to relay that this was for his annual and was being charged a co pay by mistake and should be covered by insurance. They said that was fine and I didn't owe a co pay. Then when I got there they said they can not put it as an annual because his last annual was on Dec 30 8 months ago and he had to wait exactly 365 days to get another annual done. I said that was not true and never heard of that before that would mean i would have 2 days every year to get him a physical what if those days fell on days I worked or fell on a weekend that made no sense. But the dr insisted and claimed she had been doing this over 25 years and they send back a bill for parents every time and I would have to pay $20 co pay that day. So I called my insurance right there and they confirmed the annual appointment doesn't have to be 365 days apart and my son could have gotten his annual Jan 1 for this year if I wanted to. They confirmed I should not be charged a co pay for visit. I went to give the phone to the lady at the front desk and she asked I take it off speaker which I thought was weird and like she wanted to talk with them without me hearing. But did so. Also was surprised that she wanted to hold my phone to her face when they have a strict mask policy and charged $2 fee if you don't wear a mask. . After 2 hours and getting that straightened out. I then asked the front desk about referrals that I will need they said i would need to make another appointment for that but could check with dr. When dr came in I had told her I would need a referral for a specialist as my son was now 3 and still very behind on speech. She said she would need to charge insurance/me for a regular visit and not the annual then or i would have to make another appointment. The point of an annual visit especially for a toddler is to evaluate over all health and development and if a developmental delay is found during annual visit/exam then the dr is supposed to write a referral. Not say oh I found this issue during evaluation and you need to come back so I can write and referral Not say oh I found this issue during evaluation and you need to come back. My son had some other issues and concerns that I didn't even get to bring up to the dr. I don't have time to make 3 appointments 3 days in a row or the money to make 3 different co pays. I had made this appointment 3 weeks in advance which means that i would have to wait another 3 weeks for my son to get a referral and help he needs. So I politely walked out of appointment and said I would go somewhere else for his annual. He ended up being diagnosed with autism and needing therapy right away. With this Dr my son would not have gotten the care he needed for a few months more. Early intervention is key with autism. Thank goodness it wasn't something life threatening who knows what would have happened. Protect your children by not taking them here. Sorry for not posting sooner.

I feel like I know the doctor at the Nite Lite Pediatrics in Oviedo more then I know my son's PCP. He has had numerous ailments due to daycare but not once have we been able to see his doctor's at IKids. Something has to give. The office assistants also have mood swings. Sometimes they are sweet and pleasant and on other days they're suffering some manic disorder.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful and if you are looking for an integrative pediatrician, I truly believe you will not find anything better than this practice. Staff - I adore all of the staff at CIPC. Dr.C was incredibly intelligent and kind. Debi and Gail, the NPs are super sweet and take time to explain everything. Mel, Wendy, and the other nurses are a wealth of knowledge and remember patients on a first name basis! Ear infections - I want to highlight this because its so significant to me. CIPC rarely ever prescribes antibiotics for ear infections. You know why? Because most ear infections can be solved by a quick chiropractic adjustment to drain the tubes. When my oldest son, 4 months at the time, presented with redness and fluid in his ears, our previous pediatrician gave him a dose of antibiotics. When that didn't solve it, they wanted to give him ANOTHER dose. Nope, moved over to CIPC and after one look, then sent us to an integrative chiropractor. Within a week, he was perfectly healed! We now go proactively once a month to get both of my kids ears adjusted and neither of them have ever had an ear infection! We started full time as patients after that. Service - the service in my opinion is the best of the best. Every appt is 30-60 minutes long! Most ped offices give you 10-15 minutes tops, so this is unique. They take time to hear your concerns, address them, and solve medical problems by getting to the root cause of the issue instead of just writing a prescription to mask symptoms of underlying disease. They are always available - my youngest son (6 months) is currently sick and I've called nearly every day to speak to a nurse. They always take my call, spend time on the phone with me to hear my concerns, and help me out with either an appt or OTC recommendations. This practice is more boutique-style, so there is a $100/month charge for your children to be a patient there. But to me, it's 10000% worth every penny. Vaccines - this may or may not be important to you, but I love that they start their *optional* vaccine schedule at 6 months instead of 2 months. This gives time for the gut micro biome to become more established before starting vaccines and the detox process. Additionally, they prefer to vaccination when your child is healthy. When my oldest was 9 months old, he was due for a vaccine, but when I brought him in, he had a mild temperature and a little cold. It was advised we wait until he is 100% healthy before giving him the vaccine - amazing. All other ped offices would have given it to him anyways, potentially making him feel worse. We came back 3 weeks later when he was healthy and it was a quick in and out 10 min appt for the shot. I LOVE CIPC. I started at another very popular ped office but was discouraged when they kept prescribing my son antibiotics and medicines for seemingly minor issues. My two boys (toddler and 6m old) have never had to be on any antibiotics or prescription meds since joining CIPC. Every ailment has been solved with a natural, integrative approach and for that, I'm eternally grateful.
