However, when I took the driving test, he blamed me for choosing not to take another class, even though he hadn't advised me to take one until after I failed my exam for the second time. I failed because they gave me a terrible car to drive. It was very difficult to control: when I pushed the accelerator, the car would sometimes surge, but when I pressed it gently, it wouldn't move at all. When I tried not to accelerate too much, I dropped well below the speed limit; when I pressed a little harder, the car would hit the curb. On top of that, it made a lot of suspension noise while driving. I don't understand how this car even passed the state inspection. I cannot drive cars in that condition, it was constantly breaking down. They only care about collecting payments quickly.

We stuck it out, yesterday March 15th, we receive a message from the instructor with a driving schedule for the end of April. We had been reaching out to the instructor to include him in the schedule as soon as he finished the class in February. Now because of the "Pandemic" he's saying this is the best they can do. There was no "Pandemic" in February when he finished the class! Also, I requested a written certification as proof he finished the class, he refuses saying it can be found online. Other driving schools say they need this to request a transfer from the driving school. Now we are kind of stuck. Lesson learned, "You get what you pay for". Do not waste your money!! you'll pay for it later.

I had done my research and this was clearly the most affordable driving school in my area by far and I appreciated that they offered a payment plan. (You can choose to pay in 3 installments.) You can theoretically have your kid attend all the classes, but will not be able to schedule the driving lessons until you've paid in full. They had a parent class that you have to attend (by law) and the lady who ran the class seemed really nice. They spelled everything out pretty well, as far as classroom rules and state requirements. The driving instructors arrived on time for every lesson. The one critique I have is that I'd ask my son how his driving lessons went and almost every instructor had him driving to the same location (Lynn Beach). I wish they had a better lesson plan for the driving portion and maybe would've exposed him to Route 1 and more parking -- which unfortunately still seems to be a weak spot for him. Overall, I was glad with the pricing and the availability of lessons, as we were able to complete the entire driver's education in less than 3 weeks. You can choose to spread out the driving lessons.
