Then you get the run around to the RepWest insurance claims and they deny as well. I had my vehicle in for a hitch installed and a hitch bike rack. They took my car inside facility and there was absolutely no damage to my car. I spotted the damage and called the guy that did the work and he says he didn't do it and that my car got hit with a rock. A rock does not leave "L" shaped marks. I even had a witness that seen my car prior to me taking the car and afterwards. They claim I cannot see the video unless I was renting a storage facility. What's the difference if your vehicle is inside of their facility you should have every right to see that video. They wanted pictures of the damage from me but be damned I wasn't allowed to see video. They claim he did nothing wrong but yet with me having a witness and all, get denied for their negligence and their denial. $825 worth of damage. They don't have the balls to be honest and just deny. If you are smart DO NOT GO TO U-HAUL!!!! They will screw you over somehow. Biggest mistake taking your vehicle them for any type of work. The 2 estimates I got in which both told me it looks like the person that did the work either hit driver side lower part of the door on the ramp or not paying attention hit it with 1 of the hitches. The pictures don't look like they are deep, but it actually shows bare metal, a rock don't leave marks like that so who is kidding who. If I could give minus stars I would give it.

I was traveling through Wilkes-Barre and ended up needing to have my trailer repaired and rented…read moreone from U-Haul. Upon returning to Wilkes-Barre my trailer was not yet ready and I needed to disconnect the trailer to have my vehicle serviced. They were very accommodating and helpful, especially Nichelle who came out in the rain to help me disconnect the trailer which somehow got stuck to the hitch. Even though it was an unpleasant situation in heavy rain she remained cheerful and professional. My interaction with her restores my faith that there are employees that take pride in their work and truly care for their customers!
