Keep in mind it is June 1 2023 and they "completed" our yard in September 2022. We had permanent sprinklers installed so this gets watered regularly. Back hose is for the tree, as it needs extra water to help it grow.

While we would like to post something positive in this review, the "service" we did and ultimately did not receive do not meet industry standards. In total, we paid this company over 11k of our money and they caused over 2k in damages to our property-including but not limited to damaging the siding of our new home, plowing off our water shut-off valve (picture attached,) and plowing off our septic vent. Of note-they never told us of the damages-we had to find them on our own. And when we did notify them, they never once apologized. We signed a contract with them in March, 2022 to install 3 drain tiles, complete grading of 50 yards of topsoil, use contractor grade grass seed with fertilizer, apply erosion control matting with pins, and complete tree and stump removal. In August, 2022-all we had to show for the over 11k we had paid was one drain tile that did not work, one drain tile that did not run to the culvert but instead caused water to pool in our yard, a yard full of rocks and weeds (see attached photo where they told us the grading was done and they were ready to seed) and over 2k in damages. During the time we were contracted with them they told us our property would be completed (in emails) first by 05/31/22, then mid-July, then by Labor Day weekend. They no showed numerous times while they were contracted. We termed the contract with All Seasons in August 2022 and our lawyer sent a letter requesting a refund. All Seasons did not reply to the letter. After we termed the contract with All Seasons, we contracted with a different landscaping company who completed our landscaping project, including redoing the drain tiles and adding 3 additional ones, in less than a week from start to finish. The company we hired after terming our contract with All Seasons removed 9 dump truck loads of rocks...although All Seasons was telling us they were ready to place topsoil, seed, and put the straw matting down. In our opinion working with All Seasons was a very frustrating and expensive experience.

I told several people that I'd highly recommend him. Unbeknownst to me, it was quite opposite. Since closing on my house a few days ago, I've had different professionals in for routine maintenance, (furnace + duct cleaning) plus a remodeling contractor and plumber. All have found concerning issues that in my opinion should have been caught. The furnace had a leak in one of the hoses, and the motor for one of the zones was frozen so wasn't operating, and heat was pouring into the basement from the pressure buildup. A 220 live wire was hanging in the attic. Mold and mildew was found in the basement that looked like the owner tried to cover with paint. He told me the cold water wasn't working at all in the utility tub so I hired a plumber to come out and fix it. Turns out the handle was put on backwards so it did indeed work. One of the bedroom walls is bowing due to moisture in the wall. Inspections aren't cheap which is why I'm also disappointed by what has been found. I will say Bob is a very nice guy, and takes the time to go through the report and answers any questions.

Both the buyers inspector and wall engineer stated that he should've caught this. No, it didn't start bowing after I purchased the how cause I filled and painted the cracks and no new cracks appeared.
