This morning, I had trouble with my ADT pulse application that allows me to control my ADT alarm…read moresystem, including all of my cameras and motion sensors, I got an " offline " error message. I called ADT and the first representative had me do a few procedures, but they weren't successful so she transferred me over to their tech person. A lovely young woman named Heather. took over an and the total time on the phone was an hour and a half to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully, I had a problem several months ago and they sent me a box with the new Netgear communication equipment and told me if I had the problem again to change these two things out, 2 Netgear units that plugged in to the electrical outlet and another two cables that went to the gateway system for ADT pulse. my AT&T router is in my office behind a desk and the file cabinet not eadily accessible, and my ADT gateway router was in another room. Trying to diagnose the situation I had to run back back-and-forth between rooms, plugging and unplugging things and quite frankly I will admit I was frustrated and tired . I know I wasn't an easy customer, but Heather was amazing, I kept apologizing because I couldn't hear her well there seem to be a delay between our conversations when I would say something it took a while for her to respond and that was frustrating until I realized I needed to give her more time because of the delay. During the entire process, I will admit I was anxious and impatient because I had an appointment and I wasn't sure if we were ever going to get this thing fixed. Thankfully, with her expertise and patient guidance we were able to fix the problem. I apologized to her for being a difficult customer and she said that's not a problem. We're here to serve and I understand. I hope someone in HR or higher up department. sees this review and makes a notation to her employee file. Her degree of professionalism knowledge and patience was greatly appreciated and I'm back in operation again. Thank you, ADT for your continued excellent customer service.

Excellent service!!!…read more The crew, Tristen and Anthony as well as their supervisor, arrived promptly and did the work per the contract. There was one window that posed a potential problem because it was blocked by a built-in immobile desk with shutters. The solution was to install the detector on the shutters. I also requested a fob, something not usually offered. They thought it was unavailable with my system, They did the research to find that they are available and Anthony left the job to obtain it. When he returned, the two of them connected the fob to the system. Beyond that, Tristen was patient explaining how the system worked. One of my questions was not easily answered regarding how to access a chart I had earlier seen on the home page. Tristen spent time researching and finding the answer. Throughout the time Tristen and Anthony were here they worked quietly, conscientiously and with consideration. Update: Recent heavy snow damaged the sensor for the outside garage door. They will be returning to replace the sensor as well as adding a panic alarm function to the fobs. I've also requested outside signs to let people know about the presence of the burglar alarm. They've ordered them and will install them when they get them. I heartily recommend Northern Nevada Low Voltage!!!

We used Liberty Bell smart home to upgrade our home wifi. They installed additional equipment and…read moreeero extenders. After the system constantly cut out, they finally came out and saw that none of the eero extenders were actually connected. That helped, but the system continued to drop and reboot. Liberty kept telling me it wasn't their equipment, that it was the cable company. Finally, when I couldn't get the Liberty system to reboot, but the old suddenlink/optimum system was running, I reached out again to ask them to address their equipment failures, explaining that it wasn't the cable company's equipment. I left text, email and phone messages, and they never even returned my pleas for help. I finally hired Alpine Technical to come out and they quickly resolved the competing routers and IP addresses and left me with a running system in just an hour of their time. In my opinion, Liberty doesn't listen to customer experience and doesn't offer customer service. Their techs did not know how to set up the system they put in here and left me with a year's worth of headaches. I strongly discourage using them for anything except window blinds.
