Bob, the owner was on time, and professional. Suggested that it might not be the roof but (50/50) an ac problem, since I have repair contract I might save money. It was not the ac, so I scheduled the repair. Once again they were on time efficient and professional. They did the job quickly & neatly. I live in a community with alternate side street parking. They arrived and unloaded on the wrong side. I mentioned it to the person in charge and within minutes he moved. I thought that was especially considerate. He also took the time to tell me that the general condition of the roof was excellent and probably would last another 10 to 15 years with little repair. The next day I received an email with pictures of the damage that caused the leak and the repair process.
