I called this number four times because they had a professional looking website and I trusted they must have a decent business. Twice my calls were dropped mid-answering service and then one time someone picked up, said, "will you just f*@K OFF" and hung up. i guess I will keep looking for a trustworthy and skilled Plumber...I hate leaving negative reviews, but think businesses need to do better to provide an absolute basic level of service. I had a couple of other people tell me they couldn't do the job, but they were honest, pleasant and helpful. I have positive impressions of them, even though they couldn't accommodate my job this week. It's not that hard and I really hope this business works through whatever is going on with them.

I had a central heating system fitted by these guys a few weeks ago in my late aunts house , I plan…read moreto use the property as a let , a week after they fit the system my friend the electrician went in to fit the thermostat , he noticed the pressure was low so he put some more water in, immediately he could hear water dripping , he went to see what it was and noticed water pouring down the wall in the living room, I got the floorboards up to find an unsoldered joint , 2 weeks later I went in to put the heating on because I had 3 viewings that day , after 10 minutes or so I could see water pouring down the wall by the front door , I rang and rang Paul , no answer , so I text him and his father, I ended up having to empty , repair and refill a heating system again that I just paid £2700.00 for , I have still had no reply from either of them, what made it worse when I removed the floor boards in every room to double check , I found off cuts of pipes , old pipe and boxes the taps came in thrown under the floor boards, no very professional at all. Had driveway done April 2017. Few months later driveway started breaking up. They came to try to…read morerepair the drive eventually but stained my paviors with bitumen.. Plus the driveway is breaking up even further. They did not turn up for an appointment in April this year and we have not heard off them since. Would never recommend this company.
