Update: After reading my Yelp review the service manager at All Seasons called me. Apparently he just took over as the service manager a few weeks prior. He was friendly and he wanted to make the situation right. I took my trailer back in to All Seasons and met with the service manager to talk about what needed to be done to take care of the warranty work correctly. It was a lot better experience than I had previously when dropping my trailer off and he told me it would be ready within a week. The work was done within the time he told me and the service manager met me when I came in to pick up my trailer. We took a look at the work that was done and he explained what they did to fix it. The work was ok but there is still some bubbles on the roof seal on two of the three edges that they worked on but I think I can live with it. I am glad that they were willing to make it right and the new service manager sounds like he is trying to improve the quality of work and service in the service department. read more

My service receipt stated that my tire pressures were checked, and a handwritten note said "70 psi, Good!" Problem is that the recommended tire pressues for our RV is 61 psi. Well, prior to taking our first road trip, I checked the tires and found that 5 of the 6 had pressure in excess of 70 psi, one was 76 psi. I corrected them. One of the inside duals was at 58 psi, obviously never checked. Overinflated tires can be dangerous. I expected better service. Now I will have to review everything else on the list myself. So why pay you to do it? read more

Back with further review of All Seasons and Jayco Feather trailer. First I'd like to correct the owner of All Seasons regarding the water line on our trailer. There was a kink in our water line, so we weren't able to use the kitchen sink. The technician fixed it. Quality of this trailer is poor. I would be embarrassed to sell it! Here's more of our findings. Paint on ends of sliding doors scratched and dings on bed frame. Trim around bathroom door not attached at the bottom Refrigerator handle continued to not work. My husband had to file it down to get it to work. I'd say it was a design problem from mfg. The technician said they had continual problems with handles. Wadded up material on top of bathroom slider wouldn't allow door to close smoothly. Low point drain lines sagging due to the underneath covering being broken away from the frame. Pantry closet door was improperly installed. Out of square. We planed it down & repainted the area. Heat duct pinched off between the water heater inlet & outlet water lines. Some trim throughout the trailer is too short & raw edge exposed. Black paint on trim with raw edges showing white. Staple ends in some areas protruding. I have cut myself on these. My husband has repaired the majority of these problem. We hope there isn't more to come! This is a brand new trailer!! Tell me how happy I should be about my purchase. V. Buelt read more

Good experience. Some lack of communication between our salesperson, Sue and the financial person, Michelle but overall good experience. I believe the pricing in the parts department is quite high but at least it gives us an alternative to get parts there. The most positive part of this whole purchase was the unbelievable job Steve did on the walk through. I bought my first -ever travel trailer at All Seasons RV last year. I had a wonderful experience all around and am happy with the trailer. I also store my rv with them. The people are very friendly and make me feel as if I'm a special customer. I ran into a problem in the spring, it was kind of a bad error on their part and they knew it. I was under a lot of pressure at the time and I had an angrier reaction than I should have had. They handled me as if they really understood how I felt, and they backed up their mistake by fixing several things in my trailer that had broken within 2.5 hours! Any business that backs up a mistake like that is a well run business. The trailer is working better than it ever has. read more

Wanted to buy an RV that was proving hard to find with the specific options I needed. ASRVM had it, and was able to work with me despite my being a buyer from out of state. They were accommodating in working with me to find a price I could live with, and frankly I feel I got a great deal compared to the noise I was getting from RV dealers closer to home. Rebecca specifically was extremely responsive, even after the sale was completed and I drove back to California. Definitely suggest working with her, though I'm certain the rest of the ASRVM team is really good too. She's still helping me figure out out the kinks - mostly me needing to process more info on how RV'ing in my new Winnebago works - and she checks in with me even now, 2 wks later! I'd love to have the chance to drive my RV back just to visit to show them how much we're loving it - just one more excuse to visit beautiful Oregon. Plus, love the fact that they are part of the Route 66 dealer network. Pretty confident I'll get the service and support I need even from other dealers. Cowboy is a great salesman. NO BS. Loved it. Had to work the day of my pickup so, I brought my tablet and worked at the dealership while they prepped my rig. Thanks for giving me a small spot to get some work done guys! The only reason for the dinging of a star is the service department. The folks in parts are great, but the technicians did not seem to know as much as I had hoped, and there were things that we were told would be fixed, which were not properly done (WD-40 on drawers that needed roller bearings replaced). Little things, but an annoyance still the same. Overall, I would highly recommend going to All Seasons for your camper, but make sure you keep an eye on the younger technicians. I normally don't leave reviews but our experience here was so terrible I want to warn others to not come. We scheduled an appointment and my first concern should have been when I called to ask what one to drop our rig off, they couldn't find the appointment. They did honor our appointment but wouldn't return phone call messages left days in a row. My husband finally had to go down in person to see what was going on. The service person promised to call that night with an update. Guess what? No call. Finally the work they did was crappy- they replaced our lock and the pin falls out on the door latch and they never resealed the black water pipe. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Took my camper in for a propane refrigerator problem. I explained I had propane and ignition. just no cooling from propane. But it did cool on 110 and 12v. I ended up asking if they would replace my old propane lines while they were fixing the fridge. they said no, but told me the fridge was fixed and I only owed 100 bucks. after going to pick it up the fridge was not in fact cooling on propane. so I left it with them and they agreed to change the two simple propane lines. I get a call a week later and now I owe another 1100 dollars for the propane lines and the fridge still doesn't work. nobody gave me an estimate or even a guess that the lines would be over 1000 dollars. and my fridge still doesn't work. the pictures below is quoted as 6 hrs of labor. I would think about using another shop if you have an actual problem. read more

This is our first time purchasing an RV and I must say that while the buying experience was great the service department manager has been horrible to deal with. We had some issues that needed to be fixed and he seem ambivalent to fixing the issues or completely denying that they existed. Well I am finally done giving this RV Place a shot at my business. 100% Mark-Up on all goods in their parts area and now lets talk about THE LAZY PEOPLE at The Parts/Service Counter. Just went in today to give them another chance at earning my business. Waste of time. I went in to get a quote on replacing my Awning Fabric and 2 Topper Fabric. I had the Specs of the Class A Motor Home that I own and the specs of the toppers. They would not get off their lazy butts to give me specifics. I wanted specifics and all they would do is throw out possible numbers. I wanted someone to take the time to go over what was available and suggestions and they would do none of that! I am a true local and I am tired of people saying BUY LOCAL. The Local Businesses do not deserve our hard earned money. So I have made a decision.... I will spend my $$$ and drive over to the West Side and spend it over there. So would I recommend any of the RV Parts/Service Places located in Bend, Oregon? Not just a NO but a H*LL NO! We brought our RV in for a door that would not close properly. They had our RV for almost a full month then we picked it up and went on a trip. We'll, the door worked well about 10 times and now it's back to the way it was. It was over $600 to "fix it" and it's NOT fixed. We called to try and get it back in to service, got an answering machine, left a message and still no response a week later. I'm so upset! read more

When we decided to purchase our new Winnebago Revel we call Rebecca Foley at All Season's RV. We have worked with Rebecca before and she has always been a straight shooter, transparent and very customer oriented. When our Revel was close to delivery I would call Rebecca to see what the latest status was, I would always get and update either the same day or the following day depending on what time I called her. When our Revel arrived the Team at All Seasons had our unit cleaned and ready for delivery Rebecca introduced us to Marcos who walked us thru our new Revel, testing all the outlets and features of the Revel. When we finished our orientation it was time to head to the finance office where we met with Michelle. Michell was awesome!! We have rented multiple times from them. Every time was amazingly easy, the trailers were always clean and ready to go. We now have purchased our own rig and are storing it at their location. We had a few issues that their technicians were going to take care of and they called us to say they found one other cracked vent while on the roof. I purchased my 2017 Fuse last spring from Jeff Duda a very nice Sales Consultant we are very happy with our Fuse just a few things that needed to be fixed . My problem is with the very rude Ed Miller in your repair department, from his attitude about buyers not in Bend he must not have much to do , unemployment would be a good place for him! We came 500 miles from CA because they had the exact MH that we wanted. Everything was well coordinated and all went smoothly.......very low key. So low that at closing, we weren't even offered any kind of extended warranty and no mention of the Winnebago club or the Route 66 'perk'. There were a couple of issues that will now be warranty repairs that should have been taken care of and had to have been noticed/documented by the person driving it 2000 miles from Iowa or a pre-sale inspection by the dealer. The 'walk-thru' guy seemed to know nearly all the little feature details but made a comment that you could drive with the propane on for the refrigerator - a BIG NO NO and the first thing on the warning label on the wall next to the driver's seat. He also told me, after showing me on the tires, that they should be filled to 110lbs, which is the maximum they should EVER be filled. Says right on the other sticker next to the driver; 82lbs. Lucky I checked the tires, the rear inside tires on both sides were 15lbs under recommended. So, two stars because of lack of attention to details and downright unsafe advice.............. read more

Love the design of our Mammoth and the Host factory tour our salesperson arranged. Got to customize our camper which was delightful. Problem was the follow-through on promises and delay of completion by the service department despite 1 1/2 weeks after our camper's manufacture. We took our truck in the day before delivery for modifications to our truck and were promised that our Sleep Number bed would be switched out with the original bed. During the walk-through, it was found that the washer/dryer had a leak, a screw had not been installed in the fireplace area and a decal on one of the slide-outs was coming off. We were assured that these things would be taken care of, however, were not done as promised despite us giving them extra time to complete. We also got talked into the protective coating but have no assurance that it was actually applied. After waiting an extra 4 hours to have these things done the next day we felt rushed out of there as we were tired and wanted to get home and they probably wanted to get us out of there also. To top it off they never did repair the decal. Then, because of the extensive delay, we had to drive 3 1/2 hours in the dark with the 4,600 lb camper (our first camper ever.) This was a frightening experience as the weight of the camper really changed the feel of the ride of our truck. They admitted to problems with their service department as their previous manager had just left. Hopefully they will improve their service in the future. On the plus side, the finance person was organized, knowledgeable and entertaining. She made it almost a pleasure to give money to her! read more

But the best part: we were at Belknap hot springs camping and the guy in the spot across from us recognized us having a challenge backing in, came over and introduced himself, helped us back in, then helped us figure out our water heater setup problem. This review is for the rental portion of their business. We rented an RV for our Oregon Coast camping trip. A 26' Redhawk Jayco RV. We were very pleased with the RV for our family of 4. Plenty of room and too be honest, the kids LOVED it! I will say that as adults it was wonderful, minus the back breaking sleeping accommodations. Here's why All Seasons didn't get 5 stars from me. The instructions, the walk through, the info on how to operate this darn thing. There are lots of bells and whistles to be navigated through, the least challenging being the "hook-up", easy enough to figure out how to hook up the water and electric. But what about all the other stuff, how to turn on the electrical on the inside? How do you get the awning out? They do a walk through when you pick up your rental and the lady that helped us was very nice, but seemed a little short on time. Granted, we were newbies and needed a little hand holding. When we made the reservations they told us to allow for one hour for the walk through. That's a chunk of time, truth be told she spent 20 minutes with us and then we were dismissed and she immediately got on the phone. Had we continued to ask questions I am quite sure she would have answered them. It just seemed rushed and them come to find out that really she skimmed quite a bit of the ins and outs of the vehicle. Ultimately we had a fabulous vacation. Next time work on some sort of upgrade on the padding on the "adult" bed and make sure we know what's what with all the bells and whistles. read more

The people in service are nice, but the service was horrible. I have 41' motorhome less than a year old ($400k+) that I had scheduled way in advance for service to have the items repaired while still under warranty. I sent an email detailing all needed items over 2 months earlier. I went over everything when I arrived. I let them know I was selling my home and planned to travel full-time and I needed the repairs done in the week it was being left. They delayed me an additional day and when I went to pick it up, they had install an outlet and put a child lock on the freezer door to keep it from popping open when driving (this fell off the first day). They literally did nothing else. The not leak on the windshield, the faulty tank sensors, bad sound bars, entry door that randomly pops open when driving, the interior door that was missing a part, NOTHING. The repairman had the deer-in-the-headlights look when I questioned him regarding why the repairs were not done. I don't expect perfection, but some effort should and certainly could have been done. You should not use this service department! I had used them once before with similar results but thought it might just be a fluke, so no bad review. I purchased a 12' length of propane hose from them. No discounts were given. They charged me $113 for it. When I got back to the campground, I checked the price online. It was $29. I don't normally write poor reviews, but couldn't let this one slide. By far, the worst I've ever been scammed. Gray water pipe under RV was shoddily DUCT TAPED on & we were charged for the tank falling off (due to said shoddy work). Also lost a minimum of $300 of food when the fridge gave out the second day of our trip. When we called to discuss, Rob literally screamed into the phone, called my friend a liar & refused to discuss before & after photos. I'm telling everyone I know about this experience. I barely gave it 2 stars. I have done business with them since 2004 with parts and service. I had no problems until I bought one of their Jayco class C rental motorhomes. The told me it was completely, throughly winterized upon purchase in November 2019. I had it stored immediately in a Prineville outside RV storage. The first time we took it on the road was on March 6 2019 for vacation in Mesa Arizona. On our first night in Alturas California we had a severe water leak from the toilet valve when we hooked up the water to the coach. The motorhome was inspected the next day by a local RV dealership tech. He didn't have the valve replacement part and couldn't get it for 2 or 3 days. I finally got a Mobile RV repair to come and fix it in Mesa,Arizona. The bill was $378.00 for parts and labor.I asked the dealership to reimburse me for the repair and was told that the labor charge was too high because All Seasons RV Marine didn't charge that much for labor. After arguing the point with the service manager he told me they would only pay the bill8 less$100.00. ($278.00) I am not at all happy with this settlement! It's not my fault they didn't properly winterize this motorhome. Therefore I will take all my business to High Desert RV from now on!! read more

We bought the highest rated RV, the Arctic Fox, at All Seasons RV. I was able to negotiate over the phone with Salesman Paul Olsen and found a fair deal to include our trade in. Jason gave us a pre delivery inspection and demonstration of all systems and corrected our hitch mount installed incorrectly by a previous dealer. The paperwork people got us in and out efficiently. This is the second RV we have purchased from All Seasons (the other in 2006) and we have great confidence that this new RV will take us everywhere we love to go - including the Oregon Coast and Alaska.
