When I phoned him a while later, Mr. Hancock gave me a quote for the work which I found reasonable. We set a date in April to have him do the work. I sent him a message to confirm/remind him. He did not show up on the appointed day. When I talked with him, he said he could come the next day, but late. So, we set another day, the following Monday. I sent him a message on that occasion to remind/confirm our new appointment. Again, he did not show up. He didn't answer his phone or respond to the two voice messages I left. This firm is unreliable. I'd suggest not doing business with him.
