Ever since I started going here, All Smiles staff have been friendly, welcoming, and understanding. They clearly explained options when treatment was necessary, and there were no surprises. I did not feel that I was any kind of priority. Seemed irritated and dismissive of me and my situation. I had a tooth extracted due to financial issues that precluded the procedure needed to retain the tooth. The extraction was difficult and he was irritated that it took so long. I actually apologized to him twice for the difficulty. Afterword, It turned out I had a oral-nasal perforation which I had to bring to his attention. Antibiotics were prescribed with no follow up visit. After 2 months I was still in pain. I saw a different dentist who informed me that there was extensive bone loss in my jaw and the adjacent tooth had been damaged during the extraction, and that my adjacent tooth was now dying and required a root canal. Looked Dr Robert's up on Yelp and found another poor soul who had suffered at his hands. Wish I had done my research beforehand. read more

Best dental office in the cedar valley! I've seen Dr Stevenson and Dr Sarah and they were both friendly and welcoming. Dr Sarah was very kind and thorough when explaining to me what needed to be done to fix my broken tooth and I was given an estimate of my portion that I would have to pay before I received any treatment. From the receptionist to the girls in the back, I can tell that everyone really cares and are doing the best they can to make my visits run smooth. I've never had to wait past my appointment time to be taken back to the room. I've scheduled my husband and my two kids to be seen there also. I am so happy to have found a genuine, high quality and trustworthy dental office. Definitely telling all of my friends and family to come here! read more

Our family has gone to Stevenson since our children had teeth. Today we are waiting in the post op room for our 5 year old son who just had two root canals and a total of 7 cavities. We've never missed an appointment and she never said anything about cavities. She is worthless as a dentist. Also they raised rates and never told us and after insurance denied the overages they surprised us with a bill. Great staff WORTHLESS dentist!!! read more

I have nothing but good to say about All Smiles Dentistry and Dr. Stevenson. Everyone who I dealt with was extremely courteous and pleasant, from the gal who called a couple days ahead to remind me of my appointment, to the receptionist who greeted me when I arrived. The dental hygienist who did the cleaning and inspection of my teeth was very knowledgeable and offered tips and suggestions to help keep my teeth in the excellent shape they are in. All the staff are friendly and helpful even if they are not assisting with my care. Dr Stevenson was pleasant and did a thorough inspection of my teeth. I have no complaints about this office, the staff or the care they provide and I would recommend this dentist office to anyone searching for an excellent dental experience! read more

Dr. Stevens has been my Dentist for years now. As of 2 weeks ago, I will no longer go. I have always walked in and am just looked at, never greeted. Dr. Stevens never says hello, or even talks to me for that matter, unless I ask a question, I never know when she leaves because she does not say thank you, good bye, or asks if I have any questions, just gets up and walks out of the room; I don't have to use you as my dentist, please have the courtesy to at least say hello and treat me like a person. On the other hand, she is good at what she does, her facilities are nice and clean but that's just not enough for me. I do not like walking in a place and feeling like every single staff member is looking down on me and like I am bothering them by being there. read more

This is the worst dentistry place I have ever been to. From the moment we went in, they said to us that we needed a all kinds of procedures done. It was like a sales room. We felt so taken advantage of. Also, the receptionist / office manager is not nice at all. She probably needs to change jobs! I think that if Dr. Stevensen wants to establish a successful practice in this area, she needs to change her strategy for making money. Instead of taking advantage of her patients, she needs to focus on better customer service and being truthful to them. read more

She has told a process while out child had braces and talked to a different dentist and they said she was just out for money. I was looking for a new dentist in the area and recognized the All Smiles name from their local advertising so I figured I'd go with it. Bad idea on my part. Dr. Stevenson put herself on a level above everyone around her and it was very uncomfortable. Instead of making small talk with me and introducing herself and asking me personal questions she simply put her mask on, sat behind me, and started looking into my mouth. She said I needed 2 fillings. I had 2 prior fillings in my whole life so I got a second opinion - this much more seasoned dentist said my teeth and gums looked very healthy. Worst Dentist I have ever been to, incompetent, rude and complete rip off, don't trust her when she says anything bad about your teeth or gums. I have went there about a year ago and had an okay experience. The dental hygienists are super friendly and were really Awesome with my son who is only 15 months. Dr Stevenson however was not very friendly and professional. I just went back within the last purple of months. First I get there and I had this appointment scheduled for the last 2 months. They said there was no time for a teeth cleaning so I had to reschedule. They did X rays and then Dr Stevenson determined I had 4 cavities, the bill for the fillings ended up being 1200 dollars. On top of that my gums supposedly were super bad so I needed extra teeth cleanings, 40 dollar a bottle of mouthwash, etc. After her detecting a broken tooth due to a car accident I was in she said it needed a route canal. I started crying and was scared so I started to ask questions and got back a lot of attitude from her. Very rude and not understanding. I left with a treatment plan costing me 2400 dollars with insurance already taking out! An absolute joke. I decided to find a different dentist opinion and it turns out my gums are just fine, I have no cavities. I can only say she is a rip off and am not sure what she would have done if I did pay for the fillings. I can not recommend her at all. read more

My dad had been having a toothache so he went to all smiles because that's were I had currently been going. When he went in they said he needed the tooth pulled. A week after the pulling he was still in so much pain that he went back and they just said it was going to take longer to heal because of his age and put him on pain killers. A week after that the pain was only worse so he went back and they said the same thing. At this point he was fed up and went to another dentist. This dentist told my dad that he had a bone spurt and did not charge my dad for any dental work they did because all smiles had already done enough damage. The staff is very impersonal and rude. Neither of us had ever seen dr. Stevensens face and the only time we heard her voice was when she was talking to the hygienist. I would recommend any other dentist before I would even mention All Smiles. read more

I went here after not going to the dentist for a few years, which I know is not the smartest thing to do. I was told I had gum disease at age 23. I went to my childhood dentist four months later and had x-rays taken and I did NOT have gum disease! My teeth did not bleed upon probing and had all 1-3's. At All Smiles I had 4-6's. I possibly had gingivitis before and got rid of rid or never had anything to begin with and the hygienist had a heavy hand. Regardless, these people told me I had gum disease not gingivitis and that it could not be reversed. They told me I was going to lose all my teeth. The Hygienist didn't even say anything about a deep cleaning or explained anything (when the dentist came in she told me about a deep cleaning) and was terribly mean. I have taken much better care of my teeth and gums and it was a wake up call that problems can arise, but there was no reason for these people to lie to me and be so incredibly mean. I would suggest going somewhere else. read more
