They told me they couldn't schedule my appointment but someone would call me back later that day. Same story the next day when I didn't receive a call. 2 days later same story. I asked my dentists name and they couldn't tell me, claiming to simply be remote staff. The lady finally decided to schedule the appointment. Almost two weeks later, I walk in and they don't have my appointment. Poor Chrissy. She's the only one I can tell who knows what she is doing.

I do not feel comfortable with the ethics of this place and would advise caution.

I said okay, well my next appointment isn't for a couple weeks so can you see me sooner. They had no availability. I said well I don't want my teeth to move over the next couple weeks. I asked if the trays were in and she said yes but they can't give me my next set without being seen because it is their policy. I explained my visits basically consist of a 5 minute visit of "how are the trays going? And them handing me 4 more sets of trays. She said she can leave a message, but she knows from experience they don't release trays without the patient being seen. Never got a call back. Then a week later their collection manager emails me to contact them. I do. They tell me that they got a new system 3 months ago and no longer have my credit card on file and I owe them almost $600. I tell them that is not the terms of our agreement and they can't just not charge my card for 3 months, not notify me and then hit my card for almost $600. They response that I am past due and auto-billing is a courtesy and if I don't bring my account current, then they will not release any more of trays. I respond, are you really refusing service for your billing error? They then back track and have someone else call me and tell me they can just add the payments on the back end and start charging my card again this month...like they are going to do me a favor sticking by the contracted terms. I can't wait to get these brackets off my teeth and never have to walk in this office again.

The dental assistants are happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. The female doctor has a better demeanor dealing with kids. Most of our experiences were with her. During our initial consult she mentioned invialigns were an option and priced us close to 5k with insurance. After treatment, we were given a flimsy plastic retainer. It broke, which is when we had our first experience with the male doctor. Instead of giving us a new one (keeping in mind how much we already paid), he said to use the broken pieces. They were uncomfortable, which we mentioned, but he didn't seem to care. We came back a few weeks later because they were hurting and we were told "just don't wear them". Fast forward some time and our dentist says they're noticing some shifting. We go back to noorani and they say "alright, time for the 2nd round of invisaligns". I thought no big deal, we already paid for it. Nope, they wanted ANOTHER 5k! If we were told two rounds of invisaligns would be needed with two payments, we would have considered other options. Instead we were blindsided, which felt like we were taken advantage of because we were already clients on a plan. If I had to do it again, we would have looked elsewhere.

Scheduling an original consultation was simple. Dr. Tran spoke to us and obtained our backgrounds. She evaluated us using the most modern dental techniques. Afterward, we scheduled appointments for cleaning. The office is very clean and modern. The Staff is extremely friendly. The Hygienist was patient and gentle. I had a procedure today; Dr. Tran spoke through what she was doing and made me feel comfortable and calm. She is a wonderful person and, in my opinion, a great Dentist. She is so friendly, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. If you want to feel comfortable at a dentist's office, this is the place. It took my dentist to retire to realize dental visits didn't have to be stressful. If ten stars were available, I'd give her that.
