And each time, they were not able to get the claim to go through. So when mountain home remodeling came, I expected a similar result. The salesman that we worked with was very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. After some inspections and back and forth with our insurance company, it turned out that our claim was approved. We were prepared to move forward, but hesitated because we noticed that mountain home remodeling had next to no online presence. They had two one star Yelp reviews in Maryland, an account in home advisor that home advisor explicitly stated they did not recommend the company (along with a handful of old mostly positive reviews) and their website listed Maryland as their location yet their paperwork to us showed a cedar city address. Something didn't seem right. We expressed our concern and were promptly contacted by the owner. He provided contact information for some clients in Utah that he had done work for. I got in touch with a couple and they had good things to say. We decided to give them a shot, and the job pretty much went without a hitch. The owner Keith is a nice, and very persistent guy, but there weren't really any issues. He was always quick to respond to any issues we had. I really think their company should work on getting reviews local to Utah and updating their website, but regardless, if you are contacted by them, you can rest assured they are legit

They were persistent and got the approvals we needed. The work came out great. There was some staff turnover that resulted in a little hiccup. Talked with the estimator, Jeff, and he was not very nice. Blamed not coming to do the estimate on me, for not calling the office to reconfirm, which he didn't mention in the message I should do. After a less than friendly interaction with him, and being told I was difficult, I told Jeff that I would no longer need an estimate from AllPro Painters. I guess they can afford to lose "difficult" potential customers.

Last year was to replace our HVAC, and this year was to replace numerous old values under all of our sinks and to the toilets. Skyler was professional, but also down to earth. He knows his stuff, explained things easily, and did a thorough and complete job in replacing all of the value. Our water heater broke and Steve came out that same day to look at it. Immediately he told us we…read moreneeded a new water heater. Because we were going through our Home Warranty company they had to notify them and he told me, " they will have to order it and it could take a few days." luckily my parents live about 20 minutes away so I would pack up the kids every night for the next three days to give everyone baths and showers. By the third day, I was over it, and hadn't heard from the home warranty company yet. Steve had kept in touch with me every single day to let us know the status of what was going on. By the third day we were told by our home warranty company that it was ordered, but it would still be another 3 to 5 BUSINESS days! We are a family of 7 and I was immediately really upset. After talking to Steve again he decided that that was unacceptable and he wasn't going to let my husband and I along with our 5 kids wait that long. They called me and said they would be there in 45 minutes to install a new water heater. They were here within that timeframe and had it installed within a half hour. Steve is so amazing and I will forever recommend Complete Plumbing to everyone I hear that needs plumbing services. I'm really grateful for he and Jason installing it well and getting the job done despite the Home Warranty company being difficult and essentially causing their customer to be without hot water for 8 days. He was able to diagnose the problem, and with the help of pictures he took on the roof, showed me the problem and how he would fix it. He was able to schedule the work in 2 days. The price he quoted was very reasonable and lower than a previous quote I received from another company. We have had a chronic leak in our roof (when we get a hard rain) over the past 8 years. It has resulted in extensive ceiling damage. We have had three repair companies attempt to fix the problem over the past eight years, but to no avail. There were a couple of vents that needed to be added to exhaust the roof. He mentioned the situation (no roof vents) but did not try to upsell me on them. I did authorize them, but I felt no pressure, only to help with the excess heat issue. Tanner is an excellent choice for roofing needs, and I will recommend him to all my friends and family!
