In recent years he has reduced his second hand spares and now sell only new parts but still he has most things needed by the motorcyclist from inner tubes to fuel pipes, fuses to light lens he has it all or will order it in for you. He is a valueable source of information about bikes and what you might need to fix your problem, and on the rare occasion he doesn't know he will probably know a man who does LOL. His shop is on the corner of a tiny one way street so parking is on the street outside the shop if you can find a space. His opening times are no the normal times so best to go along and check for yourself.

I have used this store on a few occasions and I, too, have found some of the assistants to have a…read morelittle bit of a 'can't really be bothered' attitude. That said, I was in there today and found the two I spoke to rather helpful. The girl was very quick to trot off and find the one and only item I required from the store room and the chap gave me as much information as I wanted about the product. If I had to be pedantic, I would say he could have tried to be a bit more proactive and explain the item more fully rather than me having to ask all the questions, him knowing that I was unfamiliar with the technology, but I'm not complaining. The store is well stocked with almost everything the motorist or the cyclist requires and reasonably well set out.

When you say thank you, no reply, only when you say bye, they reply! All of this is without looking at you. Once I went in thier to ak them if they do tyre repair service becuase I have got a puncture in one of the tyres ( obviously) when I asked them if they do, the girl was about to vomit when she said they only sell tyres on alloys. Then I asked her if they sell tyres alone, she was more distressed and not interested and saidm no, only tyres on alloys and that if I wanted those, then I will have to wait for blah blah. neeldess to say, I walked away after saying thank you to her with no knowledgement from her!! Very appalling customer service!

Didn't get a chance to rate their products as having driven across town to go there to get…read moreregistration plates made up I was greeted by them asking me if I could go somewhere else first "love" and come back in a bit as they had just got their dinners (fish & chips) and they would ruin. Can't believe that running a small business they don't stagger their lunch. Where I worked we staggered as best we could and if we were eating and a customer came in and needed serving then our food was left to one side until they were served. Anyway I had nowhere else to go so went elsewhere altogether.

The shop is well-stocked (a little too well-stocked as it can be a bit difficult to navigate sometimes!) and the staff are knowlegeable and friendly. It's a particularly good source for those odd tools that you suddenly realise you need part way through a job.
