Kellie and Brooke are super helpful with ensuring your corrective exercises are done with proper form. Michelle at the front desk is so sweet. She cares about getting to know the patients names and is so friendly every time I come in. The equipment here is top notch. It is clear a lot of thought went into how they designed the office and studio. My favorite parts of my experience with physical therapy is the use of their gravity treadmill (it's so cool!), the electric stimulation and the laser therapy. Joe has used his expertise to have me back and running again and doing great at my races. I listen to his advice to keep my knee healthy with my upcoming marathon. Overall, this is the best place for physical therapy I've ever been. The equipment is updated, it is so clean, the staff is super, and I'm feeling strong again. There are two television for your entertainment, both have closed caption. This is a doctor's office so patients is a valuable quality. Your name is called, you are escorted to the offices in the back. Once you're done you will go to the front checkout and you're given other information pertaining to your visit or appointment. If you need forms filled, submit them before you leave and ask for them to be emailed and check your spam folder if you don't receive the request documents. (LOOK FOR SIGNS ON EXIT from the examine room). I find that early appointments, before 10 a.m is better. Even though there is a huge parking lot. There's a physical therapy office around the corner to your left as you walk in and there's 2 other offices that you will pass when driving in. They currently have two locations and both have exceeded my expectations. I've never been to therapy before going here, but ever since my accident, my back, shoulder, and neck were affected. I didn't realize just how bad it was. I was experiencing burning sensations in my lower back to mid-back regions and it has helped it compared to how I felt after my accident. They have various modalities that they use to treat your pain such as acupuncture, a device that administers shock waves, chiropractors, a neurologist, and others that I have yet to experience. After leaving my treatment I feel so much better. My pain is much more bearable and it makes me want to take better care of myself. I want this feeling to last and I know taking the necessary precautions will ensure that I'm at my best.
