When he finally remembered, he told me how busy he was -- just drowning as he put it -- how his helper walked out on him, etc. I heard this same story when he was here for the estimate. Sam, did a great job. We had just finished a remodel of our downstairs. Our windows were terribly dirty and we kept waiting because of Covid. We finally just got tired of looking through dirty windows and called these guys. I'm so happy I did, they showed up on time and just did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. What really impressed me was that before he left he told me if you see any smudges after I leave just give me a call and I'll come back. Well I didn't think he would actually come back. But there was one window that had a few small smudges that he couldn't see because the way the sun was when he was cleaning it.
