    Very clean, well run, well maintained. Great staff. Been here over 6 years and haven't had problem one. Great storage facility

Shoot, even the bathroom is amazing at the facility along with their little candies that they have available for you I've suffered a traumatic brain injury in the past so businesses that can help me remember things or at least be kind when I have forgotten mean a lot to me. Recently my truck was broken into while I was in Mexico and my purse along with all of my credit cards in my bank card were stolen. This made it impossible for me to pay my storage bill when it came due. I had been on auto pay, but once the cards were killed, that was no longer relevant. Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding!     DISHONEST COMPANY. TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY WITH DEMENTIA…read more My father, who had dementia, contracted with this company to move to his household items to a nursing home. The company pushed for an in person estate sale DURING THE HEIGHT OF COVID in 2020. Almost no one came to the estate sale, so it only earned $400. However, they billed $3000 just expenses toward the estate sale, resulting in a loss of $2600. After my father passed they hounded me for payment (including additional charges to move his materials to his new home, which is reasonable). Of course, my father had dementia and had no ability to sign a contract, but not wanting this to have this drag on I paid to leave this behind so I could grieve. This business claims to provide compassionate service for the elderly, but our experience showed otherwise. They exploited my father's situation, pushing unnecessary services onto him and charging exorbitant fees, all while providing negligible results. They failed to respect my family's needs and showed no accountability for their actions. If you are looking for a service that genuinely cares about its clients, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. SHAME ON JAMI SHAPIRO THE FOUNDER. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LOVED ONES. Update: I'm sharing a disparaging remark that Jami made about me when I reviewed her service with the better business bureau. She knows nothing of the situation in our family, the sacrifices we made in our family, the hardships that I endured to care for my father. Hire her team if you want someone who makes nasty comments like this after your loved one passes away. None of this changes the fact that: 1) My father had major neuro-cognitive disorder when he signed a contract with this company, 2) The "estate sale" they encouraged was against his financial interest. 3) When my father passed they threatened to take the estate to small claims court when I questioned the legitimacy of the estate sale that only racked up expenses. I paid for her services in full so that we could grieve but we never forgot how they took advantage of us in our grief. This is textbook elder abuse, which is why I am reviewing and rating her company to warn others of this practice. Update: Jami continues to lie in her review. "Arranged for the sale of the car" this is something I did alone as I held power of attorney. I agree that she provided necessary moving services, which we were happy to pay for, that is not in dispute. We thank her company for this. The dispute is over holding an estate sale that earned very little in revenue insufficient to offset the costs of estate sale, and then threatening (very quickly, when I asked any clarifying information about the bill) to take us to small claims court so shortly after my father's move and his passing. That is not compassionate care. This could have all been prevented had her team donated my father's possessions rather than held an estate sale. Furthermore, her condescending remarks towards me reveals plenty about how she thinks of her customers.

They helped better place furniture, organzed all closets, hung the pictures, got rid of what was unwanted, assembled shelving in the garage, put together some purchased furniture. There was a long line to talk to the people that work there and I just wanted to scan so I went to the left. And there was a lady at the scanner, not paying attention to anybody that was behind her because she was facing the other direction. Facing the wall.and we all thought that she was working with the scanner to scan some things next to her. After a few minutes, the rugs that were going to be deposited and returned for Amazon started to fall towards her, and I told her to LOOK OUT. And then she saw there were people behind her. Were all polite enough to keep our mouth shut while she didn't pay any attention and stood in front of the scanner while looking for something on her phone. So that was bad. Pay attention! Don't block the scanner! So the lady in front of me walked up with the two packages and set them down and then she started the rummage through her phone. SHE WALKED UP With two packages and set them down and then she started rummage through her phone. So I must tell you, I got two packages. I need to scan, that's all I have to do scan them and set them down. It would take about 30 seconds. So after waiting for her to scroll through her phone For several minutes, I said, do you mind if I just scanmy two things? And she said I'm looking for something, with a privileged tone... what a B! And so I wait, and I wait. after all that time, She's scanning, but she can't figure it out. And it's not working and so she's looking towards the three people that are behind the counter, but they are extraordinarily busy because of the very long line. But she doesn't think to say I'm having a problem. Why don't you just go ahead. No that would be too polite. I guess. So when she leans away because she's waiting to talk to somebody, I lean in with my package package. I get one done in 10 seconds and then some lady comes over to help her and she turns and notices me scanning my things andsays, I was using that scanner. I said I'll be done in 30 seconds. And lady seeing drama I am causing, I admit it, grab the lady away and took her to the Cash register. so the lady Managed to cut in front of everybody because she's an idiot. And she's an idiot, not just because she was impolite, but because she waited until she was at the scanner to start to look for things that she order to scan. I have returned many things to Kohls and I always make sure by the time I hit that counter. I am ready to go. There is nothing worse, OK I take it back, cancer, cancer is worse, but aside from cancer. There is nothing worse than someone who doesn't prepare ahead of time while they are standing in line and people waiting. Just the stupidest thing ever. So I leave when I get to the car and I start to bitch to my wife about all of this when I get to the car and she's already coming out because it's so fast to have the people behind the counter do it but I was out before her Because all I had to do was scan two tiny things I was finished in 45 seconds And I was complaining to my wife and once I saw her coming out, I very loudly, so she could definitely hear it, how rude people are that are in the world. That all they had to do was step aside for 30 seconds while they figured things out, because they no idea what they were doing nor are they prepared. So don't be that guy, or girl Thank you for letting me vent. I appreciate it.

Her system charged me for a background check and my bank showed the transaction. She said that it did not work. But it was showing pending on my end. She was extremely rude as well as every employee there. They were all yelling at me that I didn't pay. I called my bank and he witnessed how unprofessional the store was and was stunned to hear how they treating me. He offered to be a witness and told me to call police. That's how rude they were. Her system was the problem but she kept yelling that it was my bank who was the problem. No it was her register that was faulting out. I didn't want to pay twice, that is why i called my bank in the fist place, to cancel the transaction because she could not provide a receipt. I eventually cancelled transaction and payed again, but they way I was treated for their service was unacceptable. Everyone working at this UPS store is rude and incompetent. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO USE THIS AWFUL UPS STORE I would give them 0 stars if I could. Rudest people EVER
