I was highly impressed with the chicken Pad Thai that I ordered. It was delicious and very tasty. I got level 3 and it definitely got some kick to it! Extremely generous portion for $13. It was made to order so it came out fresh and piping hot! Service was great, I believe it might be owned by a husband and wife team. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't decide between the pad see ew or pad Thai so I asked her and she recommended the Pad Thai!! I'm glad I went with her suggestion because it was amazing! Ambiance is nice, it's a food truck so you order and they make your food . There are some tables with benches with umbrellas you can sit and enjoy your food. I've been wanting to try this place forever, and so glad I did! The pad kee mao is a bit different than others I've tried in town, but it was really good. I asked to sub some veggies for broccoli- and they had no issue doing this. I would be perfectly happy with just noodles and broccoli, but glad I kept the sprouts, carrots, red cabbage and onion. Everything was cooked really well, carrots and sprouts were raw and added a great crunch. They do not play with spice. Their medium would be a hot at most other places. Ordered takeout, was 17 minutes from call to handed my food. Holy taste buds batman... Ordered mild, was clearly hot. I tried the pad thai with beef and the curry noodles with chicken, spice level was medium for both. Both dishes were very spicy in my book (I can usually deal with a little bit of spice), but very delicious! Not impressed with the noodle dishes - none of the ones we tried had a lot of flavor (pad thai, drunken noodles, green curry noodle). The green curry noodle was very low on actual curry. Now I have to confess we had to refrigerate and eat everything the next day so I'm not sure if the noodles just soaked up any sauce, but usually thai leftovers don't lose that much flavor. I'd actually pay more for food as good as theirs. I've tried several things on the menu, and my absolute favorite is the basil stir fry. The portions are always large and the flavor is just indescribably delicious. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. In all, it's one of my favorite food carts! All Thai'd Up is an amazing food truck find in downtown Eugene and I can't believe they only have 8 (now 9) Yelp reviews! I came over here knowing there was a group of food trucks to choose from which seemed like a good idea for my boyfriend and I to find something for lunch. We were feeling indecisive so this gave us some good options. I chose to go with All Thai'd Up and immediately was impressed with the customer service and even more impressed with the food. I ordered the chicken drunken noodles with mild spice but you can choose from chicken, beef or tofu and also choose how spicy you want it. My food was out pretty quickly but not too quickly to make me think it was all pre-made. When I was handed the container I knew it was going to be a hefty portion and when I opened it the smell of spices and noodles overtook me. I love that they put fresh bean sprouts, shredded carrots, a lime wedge and cabbage on top. It give it that extra crunchy freshness for a normally soft dish. I could only eat part of it and let my boyfriend have some as well and still went home with leftovers! I am so happy to have tried this place and will be going back for those Thai food cravings.
