My daughter and I absolutely love this gym and cannot express our gratitude enough to Tammy and her coaches! I have seen how much my daughter has grown in so many ways since entering the competitive cheer life and ATC family at this gym. She was extremely shy and now she is outgoing and eager to perform and hit the mat at competitions. My daughter and all the other girls are not just a member to win titles, they are truly loved, adored, and feel part of a family. My daughter has great cheer friends and I have made my own friendships with several of the other parents. I greatly encourage others to come join our family. read more

my daughter went to the cheer camp and said that she loved it but she said it unenthusiasticaly and I was starting to get worried so I set a camera in her backpack and a speaker so I can hear them and the coaches said that they were useless and started yelling at them and my daughter is 8 s what are they even doing with the older kids and the younger???????? Think twice before you consider summer camp...or any class here. Sent my 9 year old daughter and a friend there for "camp".....and they do not want to go back after the first day. After hearing about their day and talking to Tammy, the owner, I am not sending them back. According to the camp description they were supposed to be cheering, tumbling, dancing, and learning motions. Well the day went like this....We arrived at 8 as it stated online and in the email....just to find out that they don't start until 9. The girls played some sort of name game, did stretching, and then had the first of many "free times". During the hours of free time the coaches were playing on their phones for extended amounts of time. Most campers also brought their phones and watched shows/played games. They did do 1 cheer and said "Go Cheetahs" 5 times as they clapped. Wow...impressive. No designated snack time with a camp from 8-5:30????? So I showed up at 5 just to see how it was going only to find my daughter and her friend waiting in the lobby with lunch bags and water bottles in hand ready to go. All other campers were gone. I walked into get them and they walked out....NO SUPERVISION of any sort...nobody even knew they left. After calling Tammy the owner to discuss my concerns she informs me that she has NEVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT.....BS. She said her coaches are allowed to use their phones for emergencies.....HMMMMM Their were NO emergencies today, yet they were on their phones not interacting with the campers. She also told me that Mondays are usually slow bc the kids are tired from the weekend and they don't want to wear them out. I'm sorry.....what was I paying for??? After me explaining all of this to her and how disappointed I was and that the girls would not be back for the remaining 4 days of camp, she refused to refund my money. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? So disappointed and would never recommend ATC to anyone. read more
