Brittny was extremely flexible with scheduling meetings and responded to emails, texts, phone calls very promptly. She made what could have been a very stressful process into an enjoyable one! I first worked with Ana while she was representing the landlord in a co-op building in which I hoped to rent. Although she represented the other party she was unfailingly helpful and ensured that the approval process was smooth and painless. We were looking to settle in an area not more than 45 min away from work. I had a conversation with my brother and quickly recommended Carole to us. After searching for a few months, we found a great place and made our first offer. With her guidance, we were able to close on our first house within a few weeks.
