Was advised the job should be completed in 1 month. Took over 6 months to complete! And concrete estimate went up 4x the original quote. This delayed other part of the renovation and caused major headaches. Concrete subcontractor insisted to be paid in cash and refused to put anything in writing. Would say they would come on certain days and would go weeks without hearing from the concrete guy. Constant struggle with scheduling and timing. 3-4 months after work was finally done the concrete parking pad started crumbling (and has only gotten worse) and multiple quality issues were noticed with pathway. Contacted Eric to advise of the issues. Has been 7 months of back and forth, they are asking me to pay an additional $1,500 for work they never completed before addressing deficiencies. They might be good for smaller jobs but do yourself a favour and hire a more reputable company that will stand behind their work for larger jobs.
