I bought a vehicle out of state on February 22nd since I bought it with a Loan thru my credit union and has a lien holder on the title I was not given the title by the dealer but rather was referred to All I Need Registration, so the Lincoln dealer uses this business for there out of state registration services. I'll be reviewing and updating my review thru the process. As of now I must say customer service has been friendly and nice over the phone, they do seem busy at times and there has been sometimes where I call and I get voicemail, but they do return my call or text me back, which is good communication. In my case it seems like what's been holding this process up for me has been the dealer delaying on sending out the paperwork but again I like to review and update during the process to ensure people are looking at a honest an thorough review.
