I have come here several times. The first time the employee was so nice and friendly and helped me navigate the polos I needed for work. The second time, a different employee was the one who helped me and she was lost. She didn't know the bin my order was in nor was she attentive as she saw me waiting in line and didn't offer to begin the process of my pick up order. This last time, was fast and I was in and out and this employee was very nice as well! They have a great selection of school uniforms, work polos and pants and accessories. I have shopped here before and the polos have last me an entire school year. The polos didn't look worn out and if I truly wanted to, I could have used them another school year. I came in looking for my nurse scrubs and they had all my sizes, score! They don't carry more sizes in the back, what they have on the floor is it. I think the most comfortable scrub pants are the yoga pants from healing hands! They also carry school uniform for elementary/middle school students. They do embroidery at the store too. In their clearance section, they had $5 on all of the elementary khaki shorts and polo shirts. They had two ladies working and they were extremely helpful and made my scrub shopping easy breezy! Really bad customer service just like the other store on pines and university! When I arrived the manager was arguing with someone on the phone. I tried to exchange something and he told me because I bought it at a different store I could buy something of the same amount or don't get the rest of my money back on store credit. Really crazy ! The customer service at this location is beyond horrible .. the manager is even worse .. today me and my mom came in to buy some uniforms and other items and I asked if there was any discounts like the other locations and he rudely replied NO then he told the cashier in the store in Spanish "this is a business I am not going to give any discounts" he thought that because of the color of my skin I did not speak Spanish .. but I politely told him in Spanish that I understood every word he said .. he then said " ok and what does that have to do with me ? " I was so appalled and offended by his actions .. I asked for him to return my money and he said no he will not be returning my money ! On my receipt is says that his name is Manuel T. Please stay away from this store !! I also told him I would be contacting the better business bureau and he said he did not care and what I had to say means nothing to him. Everything was an effortless process as soon as I walked through the door! The sales associate working there was kind enough to ask me what I was looking for and directed me towards the section that was the best fit for my needs. He even helped me find my size and directed me towards the fitting room. Will definitely be coming back here for my next pair of scrubs! :) read more

We went to pick up some uniforms for my daughters new school and I have to say the experiment was pretty good. They had all sizes from slim to plus. The clothing feels like it's a good quality. My daughters school requires the school name embroidered be embroidered on the pants and the logo has to be on all shirts. She found some shorts that she loved, but didn't have the school name and the lady in the back that does the embroidery offered to put it on and she did it while we shopped. She was super helpful in picking out Alexis pants because finding any pants that fit her is difficult, and buying uniform pants is even harder because she's very skinny. The lady showed us all the slim fit pants and even suggested some of the child sizes in a slog cut that might fit. She went out of her way to help us. I would recommend this store to someone who need school uniforms. They also carry nursing scrubs, shoes and other accessories. read more

If there were an option for no stars, I would have selected that. I have done business with this store multiple times and perhaps it's my fault for expecting a different experience each time; however, this store has been nothing but deceiving and rude. I ordered work shirts on 8/7 and it is 9/2 and I have no shirts. The original date to receive them was "7-10 business days." Weeks passed with no information or phone call, only me calling daily, getting different arrival dates, "It's in our wednesday shipment, try tomorrow" "We only get shipments once a week, try Tuesday." When finally speaking to a manager, he had nothing to offer me, only telling me my order was on back order. Had no idea it was back ordered, nobody told me any information. As in every other phone call, I was promised a call back and it has been days since anyone spoke to me. Now when I call, the manager is never available. I was even placed on hold for 7 minutes, called with another phone because I'd been waiting so long, and I was told, "Oh I tried to switch to your line but you didn't answer." Will be getting a refund and never returning. Worst customer service, worst employees, worst manager. read more
