They have an "internal review" of damages and all decisions are final, according to the desk clerk, Julia, who was rude and unprofessional that I questioned why Chuck and his business doesn't have better customer service. I asked about an appeals process and Julia stated there was not one. No one will return my calls or discuss a reasonable solution. I've cancelled all three memberships I purchased. As someone who often used automatic car washes I have a baseline of 3 stars and you can go up or down from there. Paid for the tri-color polish but didn't get anything special. My car is clean just has water spots on it now even after the dual pass with the dryer. Great pressure for the water it the dryer doesn't even come close to drying your car. read more

Wanted to use the lazer wash but it kept asking for a code and couldn't find any codes anywhere. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right place, but you would think they would be on the sign with all the different options or on the screen where you just hit the one you want.
