On my behalf, I didn't communicate on what time I was going to be there but the gentleman made an effort to come back to the office late in the night to help us out. He wasn't mad or anything, just super helpful and informative. Even tho it was late at night he made it to the jail and our loved one was out that night!! I went back in the next day for a refund, they took a copy of my credit card and said they would call me when it was refunded. They never called me, and I've called back several times and they continually ignore my calls. I had to put in a dispute for the charge with my card, and block any future purchases since the guy working seemed very shady and has a copy of my card.
