Shawn is a broker and was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were a little early on our request and had to change dates a couple of times and each time Shawn was able to accommodate. The transport arrived on time and was a able to load our car without any issues. He was also very fast to the destination which in our case caused a bit of an issue since we were not on location yet and had to make other arrangements. Wow!! Could not have been more pleased with the results. I reached out to All Wheelz Transport on Tuesday morning 7/14 at 9:50 AM because of their positive Yelp reviews when compared to other transport brokers. All Wheelz was not the lowest ($660) quote nor the highest ($1,210) but reasonable at $800. All Wheelz had the highest Yelp reviews of any transport broker I was able to find and that was the deciding factor. The transport request was actually placed with the transport company while I was still on the phone with All Wheelz. The initial time estimates from All Wheelz was Tuesday afternoon for pickup and late Wednesday for delivery. I was given the name, phone number, and instructions on how to get a better ETA from the actual transport company. I was advised to wait at least 1-hour to prior to calling. When called, the transport company updated the ETA to 6 PM. After getting further updates the actual pickup was 7:30 PM Tuesday evening 7/14 in Springfield Oregon. Delivery was 10:45 AM Wednesday morning 7/15 in San Jose CA 567 miles apart. Again with great communication starting at 6:30 AM Wednesday morning with a revised ETA of 11 AM to 1 PM. At 9:30 AM the ETA was revised to 10:50 AM, which they beat by 5 minutes. They dropped off two other unrelated vehicles prior to arrival, which takes time and adds to the inaccuracy of ETAs. I offered the driver via text two alternative delivery points that were 1) nearby and far more truck friendly and 2) a very easy on/off the freeway location. The driver politely declined both options and requested to delivering to my door and despite that requiring backing down a 1,000 foot cul-de-sac as there is zero room to turn around. Drivers were pleasant, profession, and efficient. The car appears to be undamaged and in the same condition as pickup. I essentially got overnight delivery service on a 2-ton shipment at a great price. Communication with the actual drivers was great. They did utilize two drivers which explains how they were able to drive through the night. My unfounded fears based on the 1-star reviews for other brokers did not happen. Maybe I was lucky or more likely it is pay a little bit more and get far superior service. There was no need to follow up with All Wheelz Transport (the broker that arranged the transport) but they get the credit as they selected an excellent transport company to do the driving. I would say go with the pros at All Wheelz and avoid the internet sites that have multiple brokers competing for your transport needs by lowering their bids they offer you to the point that they cannot find a transport company to do the driving. read more

I used All Wheelz Transportation in February 2025. I initially contacted them on Feb 17 and worked with Andre Petrousian who scheduled the pick up and Gigi Line, Inc who did the delivery. I asked for a pick up no later than Feb 26. I called on Feb 24 and Gigi Line didn't have an exact pick up time and I kept calling Feb 25 and Feb 26 and Gigi Line started to ignore my calls. I followed up with Andre and he kept saying he'd known the guy at Gigi Line for over 7 years, and that he was reliable. But then Gigi Line ignored his calls eventually too. It was like dealing with Dumb and Dumber. Finally on Feb 28 my vehicle was picked up just hours before my flight out of town. And it was by a local company and not Gigi Line to hold my car until Gigi Line arrived into town. This experience was a totally nightmare. And I preface this next statement respectfully, but during transport and when my vehicle was dropped off at its destination in speaking with the driver he barely spoke English. This was very off putting to me, I would have never let my vehicle be driven/shipped across the country by someone who could barely effectively communicate with me in English. Word of advice, if you use this company proceed with caution. RESPONSE TO Andre Petrousian, ALL WHEELZ TRANSPORT OWNERS COMMENT: My vehicle was picked up in the late afternoon and not the morning, 3 hours before my flight on Feb 28. You have no idea how much anxiety and inconvenience that caused. Despite the Feb 27 date being in writing. I did ask for Feb 26 and you had that noted. And even so, that doesn't erase the fact that Gigi Line ignored my calls and sent a driver who barely spoke English to transport my vehicle across the country. That was a huge liability I would have never agreed to if that info was made available prior to booking. Andre, reread my review because I never said your English was questionable, I said the DRIVER barely spoke any English. Which further confirms my dumb and dumber comment. And I told you after I received my vehicle I would be leaving a review detailing my experience so you were aware this was potentially coming. And so what if it was 5 months later, if that's when I chose to respond that's my prerogative. 5 minutes, 5 days, 5 months it doesn't change what happened. And dealing with you, Andre was pleasant at first, but you trying to gaslight be into believing that Gigi Line wasn't problematic was were it became an issue. In all, this review came about because of your affiliation with Gigi Line. So you may want to consider how that can affect your business down the line.
