All the girls are expected to enter various competitions to ensure they have the latest up to date styles and stylists. They are good. The only thing I don't like about them and one of the reasons I stopped going there is thay all pressure you inot buying product. Sometimes you just don't have the money for a $29 bottle of shampoo.

I provided pictures of my past hair cut, even broke the session down over two weeks to allow for my hair to adapt in between. And they still ruined it taking off 7 plus inches when I requested less than 3 inches removed. During my cuts, they were constantly rude to other customers, telling them to come back in "5 Mins" as they weren't able to could provide room for them to sit and enjoy a cuppa whilst they waited. ABSOLUTE JOKE. STAY AWAY.
