Interesting to see that I'm not the only one that has been on the end of his temper I guess I should pity him. I do actually. It must be horrid sitting behind that counter all day whilst trying to be nice to people. By people I mean customers who come to spend money in his shop which provides food for his table. Still he's done me a favour I guess as I'll never set foot in the place again. If the owner responds to this it will be a lot of lies so be warned.

It can sometimes be hard to find exactly what you are after due to the sheer volume of stock, but the guys behind the counter are always happy to point you in the right direction. They sell all sorts of stuff, including garden furniture, gardening equipment and decorating equipment. The range of storage boxes is impressive, if you are into that whole home organisation thing.

I'm not someone who is into their DIY however I have been in this store a couple of times with my dad. The staff working here are excellent with their customer service and you can definitely have a conversation with them about anything. I did find some of the items here on the expensive side such as decorative paints. But the products here are worth the money. Whenever me and my dad have been here and brought items, we have never been disappointed. Staff have years of experience in this industry and if you do need help, they will be there. There are pricey products at Mica but it is worth coming here if you are local and are looking for DIY and Hardware tools.

I would much prefer to come somewhere like this than to a chain store. The staff are pleasant in here and were quite helpful when I popped in. They gave me lots of advice about paintbrushes and painting to be precise, which was actually really useful. It is a good little store and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

They don't have masses of choices but they do have a good selection of almost anything you would wish to purchase in regards to decorating. The wallpaper is always kept up to date with the latest trends and the paint is well stocked. This store accepts council decorating vouchers and are more then willing to help you tot up your total so you don't overspend. They have trolleys freely available so that you don't have to struggle with heavy goods and the staff are more then helpful.
