Tom did a great job fixing our ice maker. It had been out of commission for a while. Would use them again.

I thoroughly explained what the issue was on a dryer door in one of our rentals. They felt confident they could fix it. $175. Took a week to get out, charged $35 service fee for distance even though they had other calls nearby. All they did was agree with me. "Yep. That's the problem! Nope, can't be fixed!" I left them a polite voice message asking for their help. Didn't bother returning my call. I drove 38 miles to unlock the apartment for the service man. It was an empty apartment. Do you think he locked up when he left? No. "Thought you might have left your key inside". Lame excuse. Had to drive 38 miles back to lock the door. I'd never risk doing business with this company again! It was recommended to me so after my horrible experience, there are now several who will avoid this scammer. read more

Allbrands came to our home 3 times to repair our stacked Maytag washer, which was leaking. Lip for front load washer was fixed but the leak was not. We called and texted and called requesting help after 3rd visit to fix the leaking washer with no reply. Our bamboo floor has buckled and must be replaced and we finally gave up and ordered a new W/D. This company does not stand by their work and will dodge you when you request they make it right. We have to have the floor replaced too. We are stunned at the poor quality of work and nonexistent customer service. read more

Excellent Service, I have had them repair my samsung dryer, samsung washer, and hotpoint dishwasher, and every time I came away with a fair shake. They diagnosed the issues, fixed what was economic to fix and then fully informed me of my choices when the fix was not obvious. Washer wouldn't drain. Company sent a photo of the technician, which is a thoughtful safety feature. I appreciated that as well as the technician's texting me to let me know he was running a little late. He diagnosed and fixed the washer quickly, suggested a sensible proactive replacement of an aging component of the washer, and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Great people awesome service. I called to schedule a repair service and they were able to walk me through replacing the broken part faster than a service call. My refrigerator works and the repair cost much less than I expected. The address was a bit hard to find as 2 mapping software companies don't seem to know how addresses work, including Google. read more

"You don't have to be a ass hole about it" said the individual behind the service desk. I purchased a small plastic refrigerator door cam worth about 3 dollars for $47. After removing the refrigerator door it was apparent the part was not needed. I attempted to return the part and was notified that they wouldn't refund unless their wholesale supplier would take it back and it would take a month to find out. And I would have to call back in a month to find out. In addition they had to have "a plastic bag to return it" I assumed any plastic bag would do because I told him I no longer had it so I offered to go to a store and purchase one for him to use. That is when I received the Ass Hole comment. I called several times to talk about it to the owner but got the runaround. Patronize this company at your own risk. I am 65 and this was the worst customer service I have received in my whole life. It is apparent this business needs my $47 to survive. read more

When our washer of at least 30 years started to leak, we decided to replace it with a used one. Allbrands was our first and last stop. Although the place looks pretty small, the staff was quite professional and knowledgeable and they seemed to have a wide range of appliances coming through. We are very happy with the washer we got and the price was quite reasonable. I think they are very good at repair as well. A women who was in while we were picking up our washer was gushing about how much she appreciated them and how good they were. read more

Very friendly and competent. My washing machine was having problems. The tech came out and found a few problems. One was a broken spring. He said they so rarely break that he didn't have any with him, but he took the broken spring, bent it a bit, and it works great! MacGyvering at its best. He also said that my transmission was breaking, and rather than convincing me to fix it, he gave me a quote (about $400) but said if it didn't really bother me I could just let it go (at least for a while). Extremely bummed out with this company. Spent $264 for absolutely nothing! And they tried to charge another $90. Our Fridge Water Filter & Ice Maker is broken so we called to have them repair it. The first visit the maintenance guy looked at the fridge for a few minutes and said we needed a new filter. Charged us $90 for service and $50 for the new filter. I had to go pick up the filter once it arrived at their location in the mail a week or so later, and install it myself. The new filter did not fix the issue at all, so I called to have them come look again. The 2nd visit he said, that must have been a "faulty filter" ....then tried to charge $90 for service again, so I said No. Then they proceeded to order some different part to try without asking if I wanted this ordered. I would have said "No" because we already owned that specific part in the fridge. He ordered anyways, came back a third time and had the exact same feedback. Charged me $90 for service and $34 for a piece attaches to the filter that we already owned....still never even fixed the ice machine or water filter. I almost thought he was joking the 3rd time. I have now spent $264 for absolutely nothing & had to miss 3 mornings at work losing pay. :( read more
