I had a problem that developed suddenly one day with a "jumping cursor" that made typing impossible, typing stopped, the Cursor randomly jumped around the screen and the iMac made an annoying "bong" sound. It would happen as frequently as 3 times in typing something as short as one of these lines. After 2 weeks of utter frustration I anticipated having to return to the Genius Bar with my iMac to have it completely rebuilt, Worried that I hadn't sufficiently backed up all data (among other things I was getting messages my Disk was full) I called Jonathan to check things over before going to Apple. He spent several hours doing a complete analysis of my iMac, found some Library Files that were not being used but were taking up huge amounts of space.
