I am currently a client of this staffing agency. I have had continuous communication issues with onsite liaison for my workplace. She is not only condescending and honestly rude, she seems bothered when asked for assistance. I went to get a slip for using sick time- was told there were none and she said she would put it in the system. then received a chastising text saying I needed to fill out the form (that she didnt have) requesting sick time and not text. I also was lectured via this message regarding my attendance (two days which were requested 2months in advance after NO call outs since December first. Applied to a job I was interested in a while back and they wasted about 3-4 hours of my time just to have me take a ridiculous middle and high school level "test" (math, problem-solving, etc.). And they had me go through some "orientation" which was just having me watch a long ass, old ass 1980s video about safety when in the end after that bs was done I was only to be shown all the job options I have: sanitation or warehouse for only $15 an hour. Are you serious? I applied online and I went through all this just to be shown that those are the only job options I have? YOU COULD HAVE JUST SHOWN ME THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY AND YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO WASTE MY DAMN TIME FOR 3-4 DAMN HOURS. Everyone, don't go here! Helped someone get a job here he has a mental condition but is ready to work they took him for a ride and always told him they don't have a job for him. I've seen them hire less qualified people work with me and they end up being fired they couldn't give him a chance: go with staffmark or even smart talent. They do no offer equal opportunities no matter the qualifications. they never answer the phone. The customer service is horrible. They tell you that you are qualified for a job then call you back maybe a day later and say sorry the job was taken so why'd you give it to me in the first place next they put you literally where you ask to not be put. when you're on the job, the recruiter never answers their phone and when you try to call out for attendance, so you are not a no call no show they say that you don't and so you lose your job that way as well as the communication between the staffing and the recruiters are shitty and they all need a attitude check there racist asf my boyfriend was moved to four different warehouses without a reasoning, and then the last one he has went for about a month only missed one day, and they fired him that Monday to lead with no reasoning when he called to ask they said we can't give you that information which is weird because it's about him and hung up in his face so if I were you, I would go through Terra or prostaff they have great everything. And you're guaranteed to get an answer of why you lost your job if you are let go. read more

My partner tried to get hired through this agency - She was hired as a temp for a location half an hour away from where she lives, for an overnight position, and she had a week between her start date and the initial interview. When she showed up for her first day, she couldn't clock in, was told she wasn't in the system and wasn't scheduled to start. After a confusing night where she tried to get in contact with her agent and wasted a quarter tank of gas driving back and forth to figure things out, she finally got ahold of him and he came up with this sorry excuse of an apology for the "miscommunication" between himself and his manager, said that the position wasn't even really open, that they mistook her for another girl who had been delayed in getting over there, that she wasn't set to be hired by that place.
