I wanted to give business to a small business in our region…read more The design process was easy as my fiancé had pretty much done 90% of the design herself, and Hitch was able to replicate that for us. Had issues with envelopes, seemed very cheaply made and see through. They did after some negotiations agree to include liners to help this for free, even though back side remained see through. We chose to pay for the envelopes to be printed by them and there were several issues with spacing and even some zip codes that were missed. Luckily we caught that before sending. We had to go through every envelope and re verify addresses. They did fix those mistakes for free and refunded our printing for just the front side of some envelopes. We had talked previously about them doing our programs, which I was having seconds thoughts about. But they made decision easy by emailing us and informing us they declined to do those for us, I'm guessing from the fact the owner felt we were too demanding. I'd say if you do business with them, just be clear up front on the materials they are using before you put deposit down. And do not allow them to mail out anything for you without verifying the addresses printed correctly. We are very glad we decided to post and mail them ourselves for this reason. This was a very stressful transaction from our end, and I'm guessing from there's based on their response. I will say in the end our invites looked like we wanted them. But if I had to do it over again, I probably would have gone with a more established company, as much as it pains me to say. I wish them well going forward. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

They aren't anymore expensive than any other shipping/printing store and I have been to a lot of them across the US. In fact, if you read most of these reviews they kinda just look like people who are upset that things cost money. No lady, they aren't going to give you free envelopes because you ask nice, do you get upset if Starbucks doesn't give you free coffee when you ask? There's more though. Apparently some of these folks think that boxes and packing to ship their stuff in is free as well? OMG what a scam! lol. The rest think that because they have an issue with UPS that the local, independently owned branch should resolve UPS corporate issues? Nah. Also the last lady to leave a garbage review apparently doesn't know the difference between sending a letter via a government subsidized service like the US Postal Service and a private carrier with full tracking and a guaranteed delivery date? uhhh, duh. Not to mention, all of these people act like they just dropped things off and paid later. If the price wasn't what you wanted to pay, then why did you do business with them? First, they give free estimates of what it would cost to ship things if you ask. If it's not what you want to pay, then I'd suggest waiting in line at the post office or boxing/printing a shipping label at home. Anyways, don't take my word for it, stop in next time you need to ship something and see for yourself.
