Do not use this venue. Their security manhandled our guests including women. They were overly…read moreviolent for no reason. They got hold of our bus company and called off the second wave of busses for no reason so they left 150 stranded without any warning or telling any of us who actually ran the event. We rented the venue from 9:30-2am and they started kicking everyone out at 12:30, and refuse to refund our money for the time we paid for but did not use since we had to leave. They over stepped their boundaries and tried to control an event that was not theirs. Learn from us and do not use this venue.

In the email he stated that he ran an "unethical" company and needed help starting a locatioN in Phoenix. He needed me too find him an office spacE and get that set up as well as make travel arrangements for various different "clients" to travel from various countries to Puerto Rico. But it gets weirder in the email he said thy himm and his former business parr's we were haviing issues so o he would need me to open m and register the business under my name until hE worked out the issues. So was this a real job? He attached to the emAil an"employee agreement" which made little to no sense except the part that stated any business conducted I would basically be under a gage order and could not discuss it with anyone. This made me wondEr even more so I started looking into all the details. The address of the company google earths to am auto repair shop, his website is a simple landing page with a url of hiis last namme. What coompanh would do that in the web based wworld we live inn? All is all everything about this guy throws red flags so be careful if you come accrosss him or this company

After one phone conversation, he knew what it would take - technically and logistically - to make my visions of my wedding come to life. I wanted a warm, cozy, inviting atmosphere to welcome my guests. Something that would make the large "country club" and rooftop balcony of my space appear more like the parties of The Great Gatsby. Roy somehow deciphered my vision with amber uplighting strategically placed throughout our space. Roy was not only responsive and timely, but he added a personal touch by listening and describing back to me his interpretation of my ideas. He's a facillitator and a communicator. When I overheard the event coordinator of our reception say "This is the most beautiful our space has ever looked" - I knew I chose the right lighting vendor. If there's one thing I will recommend to any bride, it's that the investment in lighting is tenfold on the return to the ambiance and tone-setting of your wedding. And if you are going to use lighting, you must choose Roy and Unique Event Management!

My 50th Birthday Party This was the venue I went with…read moreafter searching about 4-6 event venues around metro Atlanta. I had specific requirements - Black, Woman Owned. Working with Danielle was such a pleasure and my event was amazing. Touring the venue is like an AirBNB host - you get a code and self-tour. Also, all the steps to book, make payments, coordinate the decor and even add-ons like bartenders, decorations, etc. were available through a portal which was very easy & professional. She was also available via text for random questions. My 50th planning committee was hands on & showed up early to get in at set up time. I also had my vendors - Bartender, DJ, photobooth and caterers set up before guests arrived. I had notified my guests when to arrive for my grand entrance! Overall, the perfect location for parking (free on the street), a unique setting, intimate and you can customize it to your liking. It felt like a Brooklyn loft and was a big hit! 10/10 highly recommend!

The DJ area was spacious and nice also. There are buildings in shelves alongside one wall and bricks on the other. I absolutely loved the look and feel of this space. It was chic and rich with color. The hardwood floors only added to the beauty of this space. I would definitely recommend having events here. I don't know how many people it can hold, but I saw a lounge area, two large round tables, a full bar, and three long tables with food while I was here.
