Very lightly colored, not too sweet. Some stone fruit and honey/candy comes across but in a very light way. Very refreshing for a dessert wine which are usually on the richer more cloying side. Looks like the Jaboulet winery makes many more styles which Ill probably seek out after this one off try of a non mainstream selection
