Followed bye I would be getting a refund and they couldn't take my case my husband had already retained them and not to ever call back. unbeknownst to me at that time, he had actually retained there services a year prior . So it's my fault they don't know how to spell their own clients last name. So hateful not to mention unprofessional to say the least.
