This attorney was hired to handle a divorce, but Cole and Brooke are the worst lawyers ever. I paid…read morethem $4,500.00, Once they got the money they did not carry out their fiduciary duty. We waited 9 months for them him to handle everything informal and not let us come before a judge. They were fired. I will take every avenue to help people not fall victim to such terrible lawyers. All media will be used letters and complaints will be sent to the family law firm, law board, BBB and TV news! I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.

Hiring this attorney was one of the most disappointing and costly mistakes I've ever made. I paid…read morehim $7,500 in good faith, believing he would fight for us -- just as he confidently promised during the initial consultation. But once he had the money, everything changed. For four exhausting months, I waited -- hoping for progress, clarity, anything. Instead, I was met with silence, excuses, and a constant runaround. Not just from him, but from his secretary as well. Phone calls went unanswered, updates were non-existent, and I felt completely disregarded. When I finally fired him, I had to start everything over again with a new attorney -- something no one should have to do after investing so much. Out of the three cases he initially agreed to handle, he backed out of two. I kept asking myself why -- and then it clicked. He wasn't interested in helping me. He was protecting himself. He didn't want to risk taking on cases that might hurt his win-loss record. His "safe route" wasn't about strategy -- it was about vanity, not justice. I didn't just lose money. I lost time, energy, and the belief that someone was in my corner when I needed it most. He chose what benefitted him, and left me to deal with the consequences alone. Looking back, maybe I should've asked a better question -- not how many clients he's signed, but how many he actually stood by until the end. Stats can be manipulated to look impressive, but they don't tell the truth about what kind of advocate someone really is. If you want an attorney who follows through and doesn't sees you as just a number and $$$ -- look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone.
