I started going here when I first moved to Burbank in 1996 because it was highly recommended to me. This was when they were located on Burbank Blvd. I always found the owner and employees to be helpful and informative. They could always solve all of my industrial Tool and Hardware needs. Over the years I have bought machine tools, burs, collets. drills as well as every conceivable type of fastener. Unfortunately they changed ownership in 2017. One of the employees bought the business. It has since deteriorated to the point that they open and close when they please with out regard to there posted business hours. Its difficult to communicate with some of the employees now as well. They are not knowledgable. Not to mention they moved the business to a location near the airport and didn't really tell anyone. Plus they left their signage on the old building for months which was even more confusing. They also abandoned there website at this time. Its very sad to see a business with such a good reputation go down hill. read more
