This nice lady RENA told me not to trip on shoes that another lady was trying. I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked into the store. My observations include the minimal amount of stock...one or two items hanging for clothes, hats, etc. and no price tags on any of the shoes ! I am luckily not in the market for another pair of men's running shoes but I enjoy checking on sale items. Apparently if you have to ask how much then the philosophy at this store is we do not want to make it easy for the customer. I asked the sales person what they had in Brooks size 12 and she came back with one pair of shoes. Not impressed.

I said I had called in a few minutes ago for the insoles. That he claimed they had plenty of stock, and to my finding, they had none. He then said go to Amazon and order them because they all of a sudden didn't have stock. Even though I had just called 20 minutes prior to driving to the store. I feel he could have paid more attention to the call & my request. He could have told me over the phone just to order them online. Instead of me driving 20 minutes in traffic both ways. I will not say it was a total wasted of time. Now I know Amazon has them. When for years Amazon did not carry them. Based on this experience, I do not ever have to go back to that store.

On 2/8/26 my family visited the store to purchase equipment for our first ski trip. Upon entering the store, we were not greeted or acknowledged by any staff members. During our time in the store, we observed employees actively engaging with and offering assistance to other customers. Despite our visible presence and attempts to seek help, no employee approached or offered assistance to our family. While attempting to locate ski goggles for my son, we approached an employee working in that section of the store. The employee ignored our presence and did not respond to our attempts to engage him. He only acknowledged us after noticing that we were attempting to locate assistance from another staff member. We then moved to the ski boot and winter boot section to request assistance. My son politely asked an employee located in the rear of the store for help. The employee immediately raised his voice toward my son and made an additional comment under his breath that was inappropriate and unprofessional. My son returned to my wife and I visibly uncomfortable. The same employee then approached our family and, in an aggressive and hostile tone, stated, "What do you want? Hurry up. I do not have a lot of time. Which one of you is first?" I addressed the employee directly and informed him that his conduct was rude and unprofessional. Due to the nature of that interaction, we discontinued seeking assistance from him. Despite the prior interactions, we proceeded to the checkout counter to complete a purchase. After waiting in line for service, the cashier answered a phone call and remained engaged on the call while we stood directly in front of him without acknowledgement or explanation. When the cashier concluded the call and began assisting us, we calmly explained the treatment we experienced in the rear of the store. The cashier responded by stating that the store was busy and suggested that we should return during non busy hours. This response dismissed our concerns and failed to address the conduct that occurred. Throughout our visit, we observed employees offering assistance and providing service to other customers while our family was repeatedly overlooked, spoken to in a hostile manner, and treated in a way that was materially different from other patrons. Based on the totality of these circumstances, we believe our family was subjected to discriminatory and disrespectful treatment. Most concerning was the emotional impact this experience had on our son, who was exposed to conduct that no child or customer should experience in a retail environment. Consumers should expect to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and equal service regardless of background. Based on our experience, individuals and families should carefully consider this when deciding where to purchase ski and winter sporting equipment. Response to my post; Chris, while I appreciate your respond it doesn't excuse your team and how they treated me and my family. It doesn't talk about what you and your staff will do going forward to ensure you don't treat people in such a demoralizing way. We will never come back to any of your locations. I visited the store in hopes of finding a pair of odd trousers to match a blazer I have…read more 15 minutes into my arrival, I wasn't helped from an associate until I looked around and pretended as if I was lost. When I was finally helped, I told the associate I wanted to try on the trousers that I selected in the changing room. After trying on the pants, they were far too small and I noticed there were three different sizes on the pant labeling. Again, I had to pretend like I was lost to get help about the issue from a separate sales person. To his credit, my sales associate remedied the issue by presenting me with another pair of trousers...with the exact same issue. It was at that moment that I realized all the clothes were missized and mislabeled. Again, I pretended to be lost inside the fitting room as other associates helped their guests, and I was finally helped by my assigned sales associate after an additional 10 minutes had passed by (he even admitted he forgot that I was even in the store)... To top it off, the "in-house tailors" said that they could not even add a hem to the trousers I selected within their store. I've purchased several suits from this SuitSupply location. Sadly, it sounds like I won't be returning.

I didn't have an appointment but Gregory patiently helped me try on multiple suits including measuring and pinning them for potential tailoring. When I settled on a suit I liked, I asked if it would be possible to have it tailored and shipped to me by that Saturday, just 5 days away so that I could wear it to a special occasion. Greg came through getting a rush in the tailoring and personally shipped it overnight. He did a great job on the measurements and it fit perfectly! This is my third suit supply suit and they are all great quality. Great service - I'll be back to see Greg again the next time I'm in town.

The pair I bought at the Lenox Square Mall store is pair number 20 that I've owned over the years. The staff in the store were fairly new to Dr. Martens, but were very friendly and well versed in the stock on hand. (The pair I was wearing are a special edition, and the staff hadn't seen them prior...) They even had a few pairs of Made in England Docs in stock. Jemel was especially helpful, and was very receptive to feedback based on 30 years of wearing Docs. I've even worn them deployed to Afghanistan, and he was thankful for the feedback on that experience, focused on the Combs, which is a canvas boot. I spent almost an hour in the store, having enjoyable conversations with the entire staff. In total, we bought two pairs, one for me, and one for my daughter, along with some custom laces for her boots. I loved being in the store, and will ABSOLUTELY go back the next time I'm in Atlanta. I came to this location because I'd ordered a new pair in a size 5 online and wanted to see if a size 5.5 fit better. Because it's ridiculously hard to find my size in stock in most stores, I called in advance. The gentleman I spoke with, who also helped me when I got to the store, was able to look up all of the inventory for their store as well as the warehouse, and talked me through my options. In the end, I kept the ones I had with his reassurance that they would mold to my feet. The store itself was completely dead midday on a Wednesday. It's in a small new shopping plaza with plenty of parking right in a lot right out front. They had a ton of styles and colors to choose from. Definitely recommend stopping in if you've been thinking about Rothy's and could benefit from trying them on first. I think they are an excellent value for the money mostly because you can wash them, and they really do come out from the machine good as new.

Five minutes later I ask him if she got the shoe, he said she never went to look. When I say just having to deal with these young folks at these stores make me want to scream. Needless to say I won't be back. It's not like they have a great selection of shoes of my liking nor do they have good sales. I don't recommend Snipes for your shoe or sporty/casual wear.
