What should have been a blessing after my family inherited real estate quickly became a stressful…read moreco-ownership dispute. Multiple heirs held undivided fractional interests in the property, and no one could agree on what to do. I feared the property would be forced into an auction sale for far less than its true value, leaving every heir shortchanged. After researching partition lawsuits and Florida's Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act, I contacted Hachey Law P.A., and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very first consultation, their team clearly explained my rights under Florida's Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act and walked me through the statutory buyout process, court-ordered fair market value appraisal, and the protections designed to prevent heirs' property from being sold below market value. For the first time, I truly understood my rights as a co-tenant and beneficiary. Hachey Law P.A. handled every stage of the partition action with professionalism, precision, and strong advocacy. When the other co-owners elected to buy out my interest, the firm ensured the appraisal reflected the property's true fair market value and negotiated aggressively on my behalf. Because of their work, I received a fair full-value payout for my share -- far more than I likely would have received through a forced auction sale. If you are dealing with an inherited property dispute, partition action, or potential forced sale in Florida, I highly recommend Hachey Law P.A. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to protecting heirs' rights made all the difference. Five stars without hesitation.

The case involved disputed issues regarding commercial reasonableness, valuation, notices, and the handling of the collateral. Bryant quickly understood the complexities of the case, developed a strong strategy, and was always responsive and prepared. He paid close attention to the details and effectively advocated on my behalf throughout the litigation. Most importantly, he was able to secure a settlement that was favorable to me, and the case was ultimately dismissed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, strategic, and effective attorney.

I texted him on October 17th to let him know when I would have the funds to retain him. His replies were vague, he never sent an engagement letter, never sent a payment link, and never followed up in any way. Nearly a month later, when new issues came up with my prior landlord, I reached out again for guidance and got no response. Because he became unresponsive, I asked for a refund of the consultation fee. He declined, despite never following through or providing any ability to move forward with representation. I ultimately had to file a bank dispute to get my money back, which was granted due to the text message thread I submitted showing his lack of communication and unwillingness to move forward after the consultation. My experience was that I paid for a consultation with no meaningful follow-up, no communication, and no way to proceed despite being told I had grounds to continue my case. I would not recommend based on my experience.
