First, they are VERY responsive. If Mara is not available, she always has someone get back to me quickly. They are very detailed oriented and friendly, never making you feel rushed or as if you are bothering them. Second, and this is the big one, her goal is not to spend as much time as possible to charge you as much as possible. She always tried to avoid conflict between my ex and I, and worked diligently with my ex's attorney to avoid a fight (which the other attorney was trying to do and milk as much money out of my ex as possible and make it as lengthy as possible). Mara not only did everything she could to avoid that, but did it successfully, and turned it into an uncontested divorce, which saved me a lot of money. This is so rare to find.
