However, due to their increase in servicing HOAs, retirement communities, etc., it seems they have placed individual residences low on their list of priorities. We paid $1,000 last November to have soil added to bare spots and seeding completed. The soil was added, then bad weather set in, so they postponed the seeding until spring. It is now almost the end of July and despite numerous requests for the job to be completed or a refund, we get promises made that it will be completed in the next couple of days, or the end of the week, but it still has not been touched. We also had regular mowing service set up, expecting it to be done within every 7-10 days. At the end of March this year, we texted asking when the mowing would be started. It wasn't done until 4/12. There were 2 more mowings in April, 2 in May, then only 1 in early June. We messaged or called 10 times in late June asking for service. We got responses; however, they never showed up. They also had an untrained helper this year, who weed-whacked a budding peony plant to the ground. We were told they would replace the plant, but they never did. We finally notified them that we were switching to a new lawn care provider, but asked for Christopherson's to either complete the seeding or refund the money for the job. We also requested the promised replacement peony. They still haven't come, despite numerous promises to come. This company appears to have taken on too many customers, with not enough help. We've had nothing but broken promises for 2 months.

His quote was reasonable and he scheduled our job a few weeks out and started when he said he would. Each day he showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. His work is precise, clean, and looks great! We have an exterior door that was previously stained but weathered badly. He recommended sanding and painting it and it came out better than we expected (see attached). We also had him repair and paint a vaulted ceiling and some interior rooms. It's so great to have everything fresh, new, and perfectly painted. It's really hard to find good painters, but even more rare to come across a great one. Thank you Tyler for your excellent work!

We found this company on yelp recommendations for tree services. We contacted them at 8:00 in the…read moremorning and asked if they gave free estimates, and specified that we did not want any work done till we had a quote and confirmed. They arrived with in 30 minutes of the quoted time. After looking at the situations, we asked for a quote for just tree cutting (cutting the fallen tree to manageable sections) and one quote for complete removal. The complete removal was quoted to be $1400. I said that it sounded great and asked him to please send me a written quote to ensure that the price and work expectations will be the same. He said okay, and asked me to text the email to him. Within roughly less than 3 hours, and 4 exchanges... he finally sent me a written quote of $2100. When inquired if it was an error, he texted back and said "It's not a mistake; sometimes it happens when you look for several quotes and then you make a decision" 10:20 I texted my email to him as requested at the end of meeting 11:50 He texted me and that he sent the quote. He only sent for cut only, not for cut and haul. So I immediately asked for a full clearing quote. 1:09 I get the quote for full clear and asked if it was an error - much more than discussed 1:19 he said "It's not a mistake; sometimes it happens when you look for several quotes and then you make the decisions." A company that literally jacked up your price because you were shopping for a quote - is not trustworthy to perform work without written quote.. Would not recommend work without written quote for buyer protection. We did not have them waiting for an unreasonable amount of time by any stretch of the imagination - most of it was waiting for them to send me written quotes. Pictures just to give you the idea of how interested I was and really wanted a written estimate.

Chuck, along with his son, was quick to respond, listen to our needs, give us estimates, and remain in constant communication with us. Pictures were taken to show us what needed our attention and a scheduling of services began. We did not know that our chimney needed repair. One of his crew came prior to any roofing being installed to restore our chimney. We appreciated the detailed pictures that were shown to us before of the damaged areas and after to show us the work completed. His company/crews proceeded to install new wood where there was weather damage, put up weather barriers on everything, completed our roof, installed new siding over the original wood siding on our house/workshop.
