We had made reservations for Sandals Ochi in Jamaica, and then I had an acccident. SPT contacted the resort, explained my situation, and was able to secure the closest room available (in our category) to the lobby. And moved our travelling companions to the room next to ours for additional assistance.
I was therefore able to walk myself (recovering from a broken femur and broken ribs) to restaurants, pool, activities. They also assisted in the COVID requirements. Let them know what you need, and they will move heaven and earth to get it for you!! read more
