It is an 2012. I asked to find out why it wouldn't start only, instead Jorge started checking how full my Freon was etc. I asked to stop so we had a three way boss call. I believe the secretary did not relay my concern. Jorge did a good job. He believed it's my compressor but would cost $260 est to see so that would put me at est $1000 almost half of a new one. I told him I'm replacing. He said the sales people would call. Next day no call. I called left a message. so 2 days now they decide they won't give me service. This is the way they treat retired people in the community. They will not get a recommendation from and I will pass that on. I'm still without my main air. I went and bought a window unit to get by, meanwhile I've been swamped by quotes! I went online and put it out there.
