They always wipe their feet before coming into my home- important to me! and always clean up when they are done. Recently our 22 year old a/c needed to be replaced. We obtained several bids and Triple T was comparable with other companies. We replaced the A/C in the spring/ thank God not the summer!- It too a while for the unit to be delivered to their shop. When it came in they inspected it before bringing it out and noticed that the front panel was dented so they sent it back. I don't know any other company that would be that particular about a dent on a panel that is only visible when you change the filter. Gives me confidence that they care about the parts they use for your home and the amount of detail and pride they take in their work.
