The Saluhall is a very exciting place - and well worth a detour if you're in the area. Situated in…read morethe old Höganäs Ceramics factory, there's great shopping - antiquities and various designs in off-white - and a very impressive food market based on local producers.
On the first floor there's a quite big restaurant with good food - priced very reasonably compared to the other rather top-end prices.
We ate shrimp open sandwiches and build-your-own burger - the latter cost 129 SEK incl. free sparkling water, coffe and cake. All of it was good quality, but not great gastronomy. It was perfect for us - four adults and four children - because the childrens burgers only costed 10 SEK for each year, they were old. Great offer.
Top tip: you can walk into the huge old ceramics ovens - it's a special treat!
