So to make my clothes happy, I send them off to CleaningStore. You may be entitled to get yourself a "Kundenkarte" card from the store in order to receive a 10% off your dry cleaning bill, if your company particpates in this discount. If you are not sure ask if they honor a corporate discount from your company. The savings really rack up over time! This place also runs discounts time to time on certain types of clothing. Sometimes they will run a special on cleaning for skirts, blouses, men's shirts, etc. The service is okay, there is a wait of a few days to get your clothes back, which is faster than some other stores I've been to which also noticeably costs more. In addition, they also offer an express dry cleaning service (1 day!), very competitively priced. I have never had problems with this location, the female associates are always fast and hardworking. For dry cleaning requiring special care, for example my nice jacket with special buttons (buttons which could be harmed by during the dry cleaning process), you should bring them to a special dry cleaner store. They are much more expensive but will take the due care to specially cover buttons and other accessories on your outfits that may be harmed during the dry cleaning process. A plus - they open on Saturdays until 12:30pm! Avoid coming in last minute right before 12:30pm because this is when the queue gets long and the poor associate gets a bit stressed out. Don't ask me how I know... ;-) Come with CASH ONLY! They don't accept any other form of payment.

Seit zwei Monaten muss ich aber ständig anrufen um zu fragen ob man was gefunden hat und wie sie mich entschädigen wollen. Bis heute habe ich weder Antworten noch eine Entschuldigung von der Geschäftsinhaberin Frau Hoti erhalten. Ich werde seit einem Monat vertröstet dass die Zürich Versicherung den Fall bearbeitet. Bei der Zürich Versicherung angerufen, weiss man nichts von diesem Fall, der Selbstbehalt beträgt sowieso CHF 500. Alles eine einzige Lüge! Wie aus anderen Rezensionen zu Nevel ersichtlich, scheint dies öfters zu passieren und die Kunden werden systematisch belogen. Die Kunden werden einfach solange hingehalten bis man aufgibt. Meine Rechtschutzversicherung nimmt sich jetzt dem Fall an.

The couple who run the shop is always very welcoming. Their prices are very good and they always did a great job (I've been there many times already). They really care about their client and their job. For example they did for me some small quick fixes on a jacket (move buttons) and on pants (shortened them again even if I had given them the wrong length) and this free of charge. Every time I brought them "work" it was done in time, like promessed. They also offer a dry cleaning service. I have never tried it but if it's like the tailoring part, I guess they do a good job as well. This small shop is located right next to the tram stop Zypressenstrasse on Badenerstrasse (Tram 2 and 3).
